Hotel O Sr Residency

Room was good at a reasonable price.

There is no room service or room service guy.

It is very good easy to book accomodation i am very happy

Some times hotel management are not ready to give on price which we booked online

The AC double room I stayed in was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. The location of the hostel is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Good value for the money. I would def come back and I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is run by a company named OYO. There was a misunderstanding between the manager and OYO, causing us a bit of hassle since the manager wanted to charge us more than what booking indicated. On our second day at the hotel, an OYO guy came in and explained the manager he had to charge us what booking said.

all the thingss were in good condition. I liked it much. The hotel was very budget-friendly and rooms were so specious. Bathroom was clean and nice

I was impressed by room services here and the Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfy.

Excellent rooms, tidy restrooms & high-quality bedding. Enjoyed our stay and there was not a problem with payment.

Check-in was superfast, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Overall stay experience was comfortable and pleasant

no issue at all

Excess amount Rs 300/- collected for AC room. Actually I booked with ac room.. But they are given to non ac room. Oyo given discount but they didnot given and taken more amount from me..

Very bad behaviour and dirty pillows and bed sheets

I don't like anything

Tv not working, room was not at all clean, they didn't sanitize the room, totally too dirty

not so good experience with booking.com

I was very specific even during the conversation that, I would be travelling with kids and senior citizen. Even mentioned the it would be 5 members. Still when the number of persons was mentioned as 1 person unknowingly, none bothered to correct it.

Service and staff

Full smoking smell out side of the room so many bachelors are there. And they all are drinking and shouting loudly. Not safe with family, partner or spouse...
