Hotel Hito

This was a great find for the price. Located very close to the historical center of Vitoria-Gasteiz (which is gorgeous), it provided budget accomodation but with everything needed. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Check in and check out were automatic. The price included a discount for the nearby underground parking lot. But you don't actually need a car to enjoy this beautiful and walkable city. Overall I couldn't ask for more for the rate I paid. Highly recommended.

The location

There was not any person, any staff, no body.I have chosen a hotel with parking, it doesn't have. The toilet has a very bad smell of decades The vanity didn't work well and the form of it _ a square form_ avoided for an appropriate sinking.

Clean and comfy, very basic but good for the price. Good location and easy access with code.

Some odour from the drains, keep the bathroom door closed.

Beautiful terrace views of Vitoria! Cute decor inside and easy access to nearby bars and restaurants.

Not clean and the covers and blankets were not clean with dust in it and I found some Insects that was horrible

Excellent shower.

There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in, and outside, our room on arrival. The cleaner noticed it the next morning and reported it to her superior. We subsequently received a WhatsApp message suggesting we had caused the smell and reminding us that the hotel was non smoking throughout. Neither my wife or myself have ever smoked. We detest the smell. The accusation had no basis, was very irritating, and should not have been made.

Clean. Nicely decorated. Very good bed. Huge TV. Next to underground car park, five minutes from centre of historic old town. (car park secure but expensive)

It was a little tight for space

Good location near the centre, very cheap compared to other accommodations.

Heating was not working in room 304. Only one electric connection which is near the door. The rest of connections are just for mobile phones.

It was clean

Street noise, zero parking, noisy guests in common parts, shower access too small to get in shower, no tea/coffee facilities, 15 euros for public over nite parking.

Location is great, but there are no place to leave your car for downloading.

No lift. If you’re at the upper level it’s tough.

Considering it was a cheap hotel it was great but there was two disturbing things: - The smell coming from the bathroom was terrible and I think unhealthy.- They haven't connected the heat yet and it was cold. (I assume this was due to the fact that just the week I stayed there was the one the temperatures dropped, but nontheless it was not a nice stay because of that.

Easy check in, great location. Small but very nice room. Everything was clean and comfortable :)

Beware of the stairs! Nothing wrong with it, just difficult if you have a lot of baggage.

I quite liked the location, very close to the pedestrian street and centre, and the overall environment of it all. The bed was large and comfy. The Wi-Fi was there. It was all quite inexpensive, which I loved!

If there was one thing, it would be the proximity to the next door guests and their room. (not really a critique)
