The mattress was not firm enough, wavely and uncomfortable

Staff is amazing. Location is great and also the breakfast.

Room - ready, clean, comfortable. Staff - very nice and accomodating.Breakfast - excellent, great buffet with many choices. I also used their garage to park my car which was a plus. Garage had to be paid additionally. Location - close to historic part of the town.

Classy hotel next to a sweet park with bands & family gatherings & evening dances for adults.

Kind of pricey for just a room, no gym, pool nor a good restaurant or cafe. But an attractive & convenient place. No proper meal available Sunday which is already a hard night to find a restaurant open for travelers. Hotel might warn guests during registration that meal options are so limited on Sundays.

A very nice place to stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The room was a nice size with a view of the city park.

Nice hotel with pleasant reception staff.

It was a warm day, and they had switched off their air conditioning. Reception advised they would speak to maintainance, but nothing got resolved. Expensive breakfast - plenty of good well priced options in the town.

Very comfy modern room in Vitoria center. The room we stayed in had wonderful view. Room was clean and tidy and bed very comfortabele.

We loved the hotel

We forgot a coat inside the room, we called the hotel a couple of hours after we left the hotel and they’ve told us they were going to call us back the day after. They never did it so we called them again and they replied answering the coat was not there. We didn’t feel they took this issue seriously

Central location near to bars and restaurants is

Parking very difficult for large car manoeuvrability. Poor Dinner in restaurant poor

After a day of travelling a very helpful frontdesk with some late night tips for drink and food in the citi centre … all really relaxed.

Hotel has an excellent location with friendly staff and was crispy clean throughout.

Enjoyed the central location of the hotel. The room was very crispy clean and the breakfast had enough variety to kick start the day.

Being informed that even an already paid booking could be cancelled by NH hotel if I don't inform late arrival.

We had a room with a lovely view of the city and park. The location was great for sightseeing in the town. We were delighted to discover an underrated Spanish destination. The breakfast was great

We struggled to wait until 8.30pm to eat in the evening, although we appreciate this is the custom in Spain
