Noisy rooms. No proper soundproofing

The location was perfect with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bonus that the rail system was only a block or so away.. the rail connects to the major bus station also and to downtown

There was nothing I didn't like about that place

Good location, short walk to Casco Viejo and easy to find on the tram line. There’s an excellent classic Basque restaurant around the corner. Convenient to both the train and bus stations.

Nothing, really. A nice stop on the way to Bilbao.

The hotel was overall good. The facilities, while not fantastic or exceptional, were perfectly in line with expectations. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The location is also good.

The hotel was a nit noisy - I could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms.

Room was too hot, no way of adjusting heater. Wifi was low quality.

Comfortable room spacious

Parking is limited and difficult. You can easily be blocked in.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & helpful. Nice room, clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Nice walk in shower. Breakfast was good, lovely fresh orange juice and coffee.

Everything was really good.

Perhaps breakfast can be more diverse. I have to also say last night was terrible with a party next room until 2am. Staff should do something about it as you could hear the noise from the elevator!

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and once can hear everything happening in other rooms. This disturbs quality of the sleep

Suppose it wasn’t too expensive and there was free parking not too far away. The room was a good size.

The room smelt badly of curry powder, and it was a smell which didn’t go away. The air con rattled all night. There were hairs and dirty footprints in the bathroom, even a random toilet roll sat on the sink.

Very clean, very comfortable and with a nice balcony. Good to have a parking, though you have to pay apart. Breakfast was very nice

Tired decor, lack of facilities, keys continually need resetting, only one selection button for lift so you mostly found yourself going in the wrong direction, some staff were miserable.

Clean and comfortable hotel and friendly staff. Good underground parking. Breakfast was simple and more than adequate. The location was quite good, not so far from the old town and plenty of restaurant/cafe options nearby.A tram stop is nearby - buy the ticket at the machine there.

Didn't like that, for whatever reason, the privacy "net" curtains have been removed (from all rooms I believe). This means that for a bit of privacy, the blackout curtains need to be partially drawn. This darkens the room and you have to live with the lights on.

Good breakfast, good coffee machines, nice lobby

Staff was generally slow and inattentive.
