The place is new, clean and quiet.

The emergency light always on near the door isn't good for someone like me that likes to sleep in total darkness.

Quiet and modern hotel run by friendly people. They kindly forwarded some things that I had left for us to collect at another hotel and stored our bicycles safely during our stay. The bus into the lively city center and the great tour of Santa Maria Cathedral was pretty reliable and only 10 minutes, but we had a few frustrations returning possibly related to Easter Celebrations.

The wooden overhang behind the bed makes it impossible to sit up in the bed and is a hazard to clunk your head! Breakfast did not have many choices and the restaurant was closed for Easter week, so no access to coffee or tea after breakfast. A kettle or coffee/tea station was missed!

Lovely hotel with nice, efficient staff. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The room had extra pillows for reading in bed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I typically hope for but don´t always find.Also, it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, and bus line 5 will take you quickly to the old city.

A minor point -- I arrived late at night and had to wander around a bit because the entrance was in the back (opposite the street). If there was a sign to tell me that, I did not see it.

Open until late , restaurant serves food until late.Interesting architecture and beautiful garden.Easy to reach from motorway.Clean Room and facilites throughout.

Very overpriced. Restaurant extremely overpriced.Too much air freshener. Very uncomfortable pillows.

Room was immaculate, smart, modern, spacious, comfy beds, great bathroom and shower, quiet location and although parking was extra, it was very good and secure

For us the location was perfect, an interesting walk/ cycle (great city to cycle, very cycle friendly) to the centre of the city but for others it may be a bit too far out.Restaurant and breakfast facilities not great, restaurant dark and gloomy as well, but lots of local restaurant facilities nearby or short walk.

New, clean, comfortable, parking for 10€, continental breakfast for 5€.

Small detail: we got confused when we arrived. The address actually pointed us to the restaurant. The hotel is in the “backyard “ of the restaurant. To enter the parking we need to go trough a parallel street.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent - hot and powerful. Staff were all pleasant and friendly.

Location was a little outside the town and staff warned us against parking on the road (private garage was available). No food available when we arrived 8pm (ish) and bar also closed so nowhere to sit with friends.

Miserable breakfast. Same guy accepting payment, also toast your bread…

Coffee, orange juice and a croissant or toast. I would have expected a better choice.

Being able to see tables with white cloths on at dinnertime but using an almost bare table.

Perfect room. I had a back problem but could rest. The bed was good. The room had 3 windows. A desk and plenty of storage.An excellent restaurant a little pricy but lots of places around cheaper. A perfect way to meet with the locals. I love the garden in front to rest and get a drink. I plan to stay there again.

I would have prefer a hotel more in the center, however it is accessible by bus.

I liked everything about this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, hotel is small and quiet and new i think. It was a pleasure stay! ?

Very clean, good parking and comfortable beds, quiet at night.

No kettle in the room. The breakfast was very basic. The restaurant is only open erratically so dont rely on it. We had to find alternative options.

Accomodated our bikes with no problem. Locked them away.

Charge for parking our car. Why are we charged extra for car parking when it literally is part of the building. Not peak season so why charge for car parking. Car park was empty.

Perfect room and bathroom. Quiet location, about 15-20 minutes walking from center of Gasteiz. Very friendly and helpful service. Safe Parking under hotel for €10. Great restaurant in the hotel.

Really comfortable rooms with soft lighting. Nice and peaceful. Great bathroom and shower. Easy to get to the city centre on number 5 bus, which stops a few metres from the entrance. There are a few bars nearby and green space for running.

Clean and well appointed room... Safe (chargeable) underground parking..

Meals a little chaotic... Staff attentive and I think did their best.
