    Pros +

    • The hotel felt like being on a cruise line. The main lobby had a very high celling. The room was spacous and there was a room between the bedroom section and the closet area so you can dress privately.
    • I took a beer from the Mini Bar, open it , drank a zip and realize it was adulterated, meaning some other guest had it and filled it up with water? Who knows! Really disgusting in a 4 star hotel
    • The location was great and overall the hotel was nice and clean.

    Cons -

    • We had problems with the staff mostly. We were always missing towels and other items in the room. We had to ask for towels multiple times. The soap wasn’t filled after a few days of our stay. The front desk staff never seemed to really know what they were doing, and we speak Spanish and English perfectly. For instance, the front desk staff couldn’t figure out how to pay for parking on the credit card we had on file for incidentals. Finally, we had to pay in cash to make things easier for him.
    • Mosquito in the room, had to wake-up in middle of the night and kill the beast.
    • The hotel stands between 2 central streets with a lot of traffic early in the morning. Most if not all rooms have a window to one of these streets and the windows are not blocking this noise at all.

    Location, breakfast and safety parking.

Mosquito in the room, had to wake-up in middle of the night and kill the beast.

The hotel is definitely worth its three stores - it has comfy, well appointed rooms. But what set it apart for me was how they dealt with my lost earpods. I forgot them in my room and figured they were lost for goods. Wrong. The reception found them and helped me arrange for shipping. I really appreciated.

    Very central location

Great location near museums and the old town center. Friendly and nice staff. Good restaurant on-site.

Nothing to mention here. If you're just pretending to be extremely picky, it could be noisy and feel like the gasoline is burning in the mornings on weekdays, but only if you keep the windows open.

The staff was helpful providing a map and directions!

NOISY! Loud traffic and loud guests! Also the pillow were too long and hard

    Facilities and location.

They turn off air conditioning about midnight and room becomes warm, when you open windows to let some cool air in, street noise makes sleep difficult.

very pleasant place to stay when visiting Vitoria Gasteiz as it's within walking distance of the centre and old part of the city.In addition,we were able to park just outside the two nights we stayed there-for free,a huge bonus in modern cities nowadays!

    10CarlosPosted on: 4-16-2025

On the way to Bilbao for the ferry at 9am back to Ireland, up early after a very good sleep. Motorbike safe in the secure garage under. Nice hotel and friendly stall and we will return.
