Clean thanks to the wonderful cleaning lady, Apartment is new, and there is a supermarket in the same building.

The check-in is digitalized and so difficult pin code was not working, which was not easy for me coming from a long trip. The reception has no one available in person, only as in customer service and you need to be patient waiting for a response.

Excellent location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment!

Only one chair for sitting (with 2 stools at "kitchen" table. No washing machine or rack for drying clothes.

Clean and tidy. Decent open top balcony. Nicely appointed.

Smart TV wasn't internet connected - that's appalling given that there is WiFi in the building. Nespresso machine supplied but no power outlet in kitchenette - makes zero sense. Electronic check-in process on Android devices is awful - overly complex and doesn't work at all. Not good value for money.

Comfy room in a very organized building. It had everything I needed and we enjoyed our time there (me and the 2 dogs)

Central location. Nice restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The Welcome Kit was underwhelming. Would have preferred paper towels for the kitchen instead of potato chips. No condiments provided for cooking although quality kitchen equipment and dishes provided.

Spacious and very well decorated, good taste. Everything was there in the apartment even a dishwasher!

There was a certain smell in the room of something not so clean. I can only think of the bed duvet.

How to get in the hotel was very bad, The parking was very bad, I had booked one place but I didn't find good place for my car. The places are very narrow.

Centrally located. Allowed for easy walks into town. Loved to be in the first floor of the facility and the breakfast arrangements with the Jazz Bar. Vitoria-Gasteiz is strategically located to visit Bilbao, San Sebastian, Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz and Logrono. Staff reacted quickly to our request to correct an issue in one of the bathrooms. Loved to keyless 21st century process. Initially, it could be challenging for senior customers, but once you get the hang of it is very convenient. Parking facility was excellent.

Very smooth reception-less check-in/out. Good appliances (especially the two ovens), several USB charging ports in the bedrooms and a nice large TV. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, clean. Quiet and at a great location -- close to town centre, a supermarket next door.

The sofa looked quite unpleasant -- stained and worn out, also a struggle to open/close (would have been much nicer with a washable cover of some kind). The 2 rattan chairs around the table also seemed rough and not ideal for young children.
