    Pros +

    • We loved the interior decor of the hotel. All of the classical staues were very unique.
    • The receptionist was really friendly. The room was a good size. The location was great. The decor of the hotel was amazing. I thought I was staying in Liberace's mansion
    • Central location

    Cons -

    • We really enjoyed staying here. The matresses were ok but not great for comfort.
    • The check in and check out was a bit annoying, having to go to another hotel. And also the cleaner asked me a lot of questions on arrival and when I left. I just wanted to go to my room and in the morning I just wanted to leave.
    • Room too cold. Water was not hot enough in the shower. Dated interior

The host was very firendly and answered all our questions, providing helpful information about the charity run happening as we were checking in. The decor in the communal areas was outlandish and eccentric, even though the ample sized bedrooms were plainly decorated and slightly sparse.

Finding the separate addresses for the room and reception was a little confusing. The shower was small and had a cutain that was very hard to fit properly around the bath.

Nice spacious room with a French balcony, I liked the details. Close to parking garage.

There's a lot of cool decorations but not well decorated.

    Staff and cleanliness

Noise due to location and time of year (fiestas)

Receptionist on arrival put us in a lower room to avoid having to carry luggage up extra floors. Also, we did not need to checkout at Hotel Dato; we could just leave access card in Dato2 annex and be on our way.

The entrance and the staircase to the rooms were very quirky.

Shabby chic it wasn’t, old and in need of a very definite update. Vague details regarding how to find the accommodation and where to find the correct Dato reception to book in.

    Good location.

Not very clean. Quite basic and shabby.

Close to the center of town

The price was exceptionally high. No real hotel facilities.

    Comfortable beds, nice decoration

Bathroom could've been cleaner. No elevator, reception and room are on different buildings.

    7AnnaPosted on: 7-29-2023

Good location and value for money.

The design of the staircase is a bit strange and kids felt a bit scared there.

    10WiggerstonPosted on: 7-18-2023

You could not have a better location in the city: close to the action but not too close to the noise. The room had a nice little balcony and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower was a bit tricky to use because it was in a short tub with high walls to step over and didn't give much room to maneuver around.

Location was perfect next to Casco Medieval, next to great tapas, next to tramvia, very close to train station and close to the bus station.

It was a bid cold 7C and in May the heating was off. However the hotel gave me a bit of warmth in the evening.

Very nice interior. Very good location. I was very happy to be able to check in that late. Thank you for that. Very friendly cleaning lady.

    Nothing to report.

    Little bit strange decorations
