Location is good for city center sightseeing

Not the best solution if you're looking for a comfortable and nice stay (no breakfast, no other services than accomodation). Great choice if you're looking for a simple accomodation to visit Victoria, good value for money.

Auto check-in was easy and convenient. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciated that they had a reading light over the bed and a nice, bright light over the bathroom mirror. When I needed to talk to staff the following day about storing my luggage, they were friendly and accommodating.

The only tiny issue was that the hairdryer in my room shorted out after about a minute. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The room was spacious. There was a bidet, the bathroom was spacious too.

Lack of kettle, and smaller lamps in the room. The view from the window was on the wall…

Ideally located for the centre of the city, with smooth check in and check out. Comfortable rooms.

There’s no defence from the noise of other guests, either in the corridor or their rooms. I stayed on a Saturday night, so it might have been noisier than a weeknight.

Great location. Practical and easy check-inn. Clean and comfortable. Quiet.

Nothing really

The location was very good with excellent access to the tram station - very easy connection with the main bus station and Salburua natural reserve - but also with the Old City. A large room and the beds very comfy. Very nice and useful information about the main objectives to visit in the town - thank you for some ideas! In vicinity, a very nice place for breakfast...

For us, everything was as we expected.

The location on Hotel Centro Vitoria was amazing: we were lucky enough to be there for the feria and we were right in the center! Even if we were close to concerts and event, we slept nicely at night and did not hear much noise.

Rooms seemed a lot newer for the pictures, but ni big deal. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom quite big

location is super cool where is in the city center. there are a lot restaurant around my hotel which made my life so convenient. and the staff of the hotel were so kind and replyed super fast.

I staied there for 5 days and two days the smell of my room was like "shit" and the Wifi connection was not good.

The hotel address was difficult to find. The bed was uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep. The rates were high, and

Bathrooms must be renovated, no view, or beer stand it’s not three star hotel but all stay coffee/tea machine on corridor was broken

The hotel was in the center. Easy self check-in without the need to discuss with the staff.

The room is clean and the shower is great. Not luxurious but adequate

The access to the hotel is horrible. There are a few people sleeping right outside the entrance.

Nice little room, clean, pillow and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big anf very comfortable shower with hot water

Little bit confusing as my number of resevation from booking didnt work with their system but I called and all was fixed right away.

loud can hear other rooms and cleaner in morning , can hear doors open and closing and more, if i wasnt so tired i may not have been able to sleep

I never had breakfast while in the facility. Room was comfy and value the money paid.

Tha bath from the edges or one of the edges needs proper attention to avoid further spillage on the bathroom floor.

Everything is perfect both the location,access to every facilities,the staffs are very nice,rooms very clean and is what recommending ??

The bed was horrible it was unconfortable. I have now a backache. The beds should be ortopedics if not there sould be a massage service.
