Cons -
- Check in was difficult and took forever. We are on motorcycles traveling light. I do not have email on my phone as I am on holiday and do not want to be pestered. No signal to work out how to get in and no staff.
- This was the worst experience of all. The cleaning staff was horrible. They reported it incorrectly to the reception, and the reception lady asked me to pay 600 euros for the bed mattress simply because my child spilled just 50mL of water. Even the reception lady did not see the bed's condition, but she kept asking me to pay the amount. I requested several times to come to the room and see the situation first, and then I would pay. In the end, she came to visit the room and apologized a thousand times because there were no such conditions as the cleaning lady had reported to her. This was the worst experience of all.
- Hated the automatic check-in machineWould have preferred a human beingCoffee/tea-making facilities would have been good

Parking was close by and only €12 a night
Very noisy, the roads were cleaned very early in the morning. The room was too hot and we did ask if the heating could be turned down but it was on a regular heat within the building. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean and we felt the room and bathroom could do with an update
Great position. Good room
Very thin walls. Could hear neighbours chatting. Couldn't sleep.
Location, cleanliness, everything worked without problems...
Rain :D :D :D
The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the historical centre.
It mentioned a parking but it was not a parking from the hotel but a public one 2 streets away. I was driving with a lot of luggage and I had to take everything from the car and take it back to the hotel in the middle of the rain.
We didn’t stay in the hotel as there was a leek but the staff were excellent and very quickly found a replacement hotel.
I didn’t really like the self booking system. There was a real stale smell of smoke in the lobby area
Central location
Very noisy urban noise. Bins out front being used or emptied 24/7. Students drinking late into the early hours etc.
Comfortable bed for sleeping
Noisy, outside is trash can, and no kettle, hot water but they do have 1 microwave and regfri for usage in public area
Location was very good forbone night was good, was hot no air conditioning or fan
Oso argitsua da eta lasaia, kaleko lasaitasuna oso ondo zegoen
Gelaren armairuan aurreko erabiltzaileren baten arropa zegoen. Eta tabako usaina ohean. Eta ailegatzean chekinga egiteko ez zegoen inor, guk egin behar izan genuen makina baten bidez
The location was perfect, and the room spacious and clean.
The check in process was a bit tedious.
Good room
Entering the property is by passport scan. If one of the other guests hadn’t help me it would have been difficult and in the dark virtually impossible. The concierge will come if you phone him which I am told he readily will do. ?
Location and personal check -in
Wifi was intermittent
Good location. Nice room with comfy bed. Good shower.
The check in machine was a nightmare. Amusingly there was a guy on the desk but he said the machine needed to be used. Technology isn't always the answer!
Central location , basic but clean and comfortable room, good bathroom, parking and plenty of good breakfast places nearby
The check in process is "special", try to see the fun aspect in it
Location, cleanliness, easy to access with self check-in.
There was too much personal data asked in the check-in machine, some of them not even marked as obligatory - I couldn’t check-in without providing my mother’s maiden name. Why would anyone need it?
Nice room and bathroom. Great location but....
The noise all night was unbelievable. On the street screaming, yelling. The bottle bank being filled, by assorted bars and then emptied in the early morning. Didn't see any staff.Self check in which scanned our passports, successfully, as it put the data on the screen but we then had to stand on the doorstep and type in every single bit of data before it would progress. I also had to agree to receive marketing emails before it would move through the process.
