Room size and the facilities provided

Intercom facility was not working. I asked three times to the staff but no one came to repair it.

Location

The room not well maintained. Bathroom ventilation was open. Had to waste 2 buckets of water to get hot water as per the staff. That too when people have scarcity of water For a city like Hubbali this hotel is not value for money. No air conditioning available but price was for almost for a air conditioned room

Hotel was clean and OK.

Hotel did not provide me bill as it was booked via Booking.com, Booking.com also not providing bill for the same, hotel and booking.com shifting there shoulders to provide bill for the paid amount

Not properly cleanedIt was smelling with some bad smell in entire hotel& rooms. Bad Towels were not cleaned properly

Avoid this hotel!

We asked them to give us a plate and a knife to cut our papaya. They said they don't give away knifes... but they would cut the fruit for us. We said okay... then we gave them the fruit. We waited at least 45 (!!) minutes, then we called them asking, where is the papaya now?With great difficulty they brought it to our room.When I started to eat, it tasted like onion! They had the guts to cut our fruit with onion smell knife. Then we called them up saying we are not willing to eat this anymore since it tastes like onion... it's no more a papaya. Then they sent someone who was not willing to listen to what I say, I even told him to taste the fruit, because it tastes like onion. He was lying only... that they cut the fruit in the "fruit section", "no problem, sir."+ Our room smelled musty and smelly. Avoid this hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for the centre and the railway station. Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and a spacious bedroom and ensuite. Quiet at night. I felt safe there as a solo female traveller.

Smell of smoke in the bedroom, some of the decor a little tatty

Location was good. We did not hv bf at the restaurant. We had an excellent dinner and superb service there.

There are cockroaches inside the room, and they change it. But even in the other room, it's the same.Got hair inside Biryani.Last year, I stayed in the same hotel, it was good, but this time it's a worse experience

Ambiance of the hotel nice, food quality good, staff behavior also good.

Only one concern 12 to 12 checking and check out because I reached at hotel at 6.30morning and said to me stay till 12 otherwise charge half of the tarrif but I reached out office till 10am hence this kind of scenario really not desirable.hence management must think about it.

Excellent Location. Only 500 metres from the Railway Station. But on a main Shopping Road. Lots of Shops, Restaurants, Easy connectivity - Local Bus Stand, Railway Station both within 300 to 500 yards.Generous Buffet Breakfast with decent variety / choices of foods.

More Lighting in the room? And preferably white? More hangers? Thicker Pillows?

Hotel focus is on money rather than customer satisfaction. Food is good ?, but rooms are so so

Best location.Front desk excellent with Mr.Haris doing a wonderful job.

The staff in restaurant looks gloomy and response is poor.

Short stay

Only 1 towel & 1 toothbrush in the twin room. Arrived 1am, night receptionist not particularly welcoming. Told no airport shuttle available, despite it is on hotel information. Porter demanded a tip.

Location

Discussing a deposit was really unnecessary. Foreigners can not easily transfer to Indian Bank accounts without dramatic transfer costs. That is why a snart person invented credit cards. That is why booking.com provides credit card details to hosts. Smart hotel management know how to handle this.

One staff was very rude but another person was pleasant.

There was a marriage party. So it was quiet noisy outside.

I liked nothing about this hotel except the location

No hot water in shower, it was double occupancy, but they kept only one towel, one tooth brush, had to ask for one more, they were knowing that they don't have hot water in shower, but they did not inform while I checked in
