We loved everything

Staff attentiveness, excellent breakfast options, clean rooms.

Request management to remove musty smell in 2nd floor corridors.

Excellent hotel and location

Great location, staff, best bar tender in south India, mixes excellent cocktails. He’s called Shibu.

Ambiance, cleanliness and good staff

Property Location, Room Size, facilities , Restaurant on the terrace has been top of the class and service across has been really good.

The stay was wonderful. We will visit again . Spacious room and staff was excellent. Food quality was good. We made suggestion that on morning breakfast to include eggless muffins and other than that everything was perfect. Thank you

Liked everything

Food was fantastic and restaurant and general staff were really pleasant and welcoming.

Check out. Reception staff on check out initially refused to acknowledge the booking.com rate and tried to charge a higher figure, adding taxes. It took a very stressful half an hour to sort out; including the need to stand our ground, and for the receptionist to take photos of our booking.com reservation. Eventually, they billed for the higher rate and gave a discount to bring the final bill to what it should have been. The discount is not shown on our receipt, but the amount that we paid was correct. We suspect that the problem arose from the Hotel's internal system, but the experience will make us wary in future.

Breakfast, room service, staff and overall stay was exceptionally good!

Modern and high quality accommodation, huge sized rooms, excellent staff, fantastic restaurants. The breakfast area had amazing views over the Unkai lake.

All good. Busy road just in front of the hotel, but the sound proofing was good.

Very friendly & helpful staff! Awesome awesome breakfast! Rooms are neat & clean

Slightly dated! The shower cubicle was not sealed correctly so water escaping in the bathroom! Bed sheets were & towels were used a lot so has to request a change

Location and proximity to airport and public transport Clean and large rooms , basic no extras

Staff responsiveness to calls and requests . Not helpful Should have option for room tariff without breakfast also !

Good hotel to stayFood was tasty

Hand towels was not there when I checked inThey wanted us to pay before arrival Coffee was worse

Good hotel

No hand towelsNo proper care for anything askedNo cabs suddenlyWant to pay before arrival/checking in even though hotel is empty

Clean, great location, well priced BUT beware the noise!...

It was a great hotel however unfortunately our room was beneath the restaurant which sounded like a herd of elephants playing bowling all afternoon & into the small hours of the morning.... and I'm actually a really heavy sleeper yet it kept me awake so beware!

Well located for my visit to the local university. I got upgraded to an enormous room. The view from the restaurant/breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast is tasty. Staff are very attentive.

The room was right above the entry and the traffic noise was insane.

Spacious, very clean room and bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, we also liked the cave-themed restaurant in the top floor. We thought this was a great price-to-value ratio.Be aware that some of their room categories come as smoking or non-smoking room (while others are fully non-smoking). Since we were a group of non-smokers, we insisted on a non-smoking room. The hotel followed our wish, just make sure to clarify that upon check-in.

1. Cleanliness. Good, clean towels, instant hot water 2. Courteous staff specially Mr. Karthij, Mr. Md. Ali & another gentleman, whose name I forgot but who provided the correct directions for my onward journey 3. More than enough charging points 4. There Jungle restaurant is perfect on theme, right from the decor to chairs to waiter's inform. Loved it.

1. Tea bags, coffee sachets were limited in supply 2. Packed breakfast that I carried was not up to the mark.

i was kind enough and given a free upgrade because all rooms were full. biriyani was excellent

no free extra bed even for suite room

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always at our service not forgetting their friendly nature. The cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained. The room service was amazing. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hubbali for a few days
