Hotel Naveen Lakeside

The balcony view

Hot water was not available and had to have cold water bath as time was short.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Goa from Bangalore. The stay was very comfortable, the food in the property resturant was good. They were able to switch us to the lake view rooms without any charge.

Excellent ? rooms, ambience and wonderful lakeside view. Good food at the restaurant.

However, SWIMMING POOL, GYM, TENNIS COURT and PLAY AREA - None are available to customers, despite charging the same tariff. FOOD SERVICE at the restaurant and ROOM SERVICE is VERY VERY SLOW

Very nice location, view and comfort. Breakfast excellent. Hodpitality fantastic.

It’s bit old property

Location it ok, quiet on the lake

Photos don't match reality, run down, loud hotel, renovations during the day, only 2 of 4 floors availableConstant phone calls from staff

Food is good

There were music played till 12 am n most of the people couldn’t sleep due to the sound . I’m complaining nothing happened.Light and AC fluctuates way too many times

Very well located on the highway. Clean and well maintained property.

Location next to the Lake, best in Hubli Good room size and good value for moneyOnly hotel in Hubli with a useable pool.Good breakfast

The front desk need to be more pleasant. I stay here all the time and the airport arranges for airport pick and drop and this time they arranged a pick up but the reception told me that they cant do a drop off as I had booked from booking. com which was a bit annoying. Never mind I had already had my taxi booked for that day

It’s location

It has become old , needs lot of upgrade. Bedside lights were not working , bathroom sink looks very basic and very old. The Resturant food was ok ok.

Nice and spacious, centrally located, good food

Please

Please don't go this hotel. All rooms are small. Not cleaned. Waste of money. Not four star single star given to hotel

the location is awesome. We were given lake facing rooms. Very serene location. Weather was cool and nice. Rooms are large, clean, well furnished complete with a balcony. the balcony doors could be kept open and yet no flies or mosquitoes. Food was great. Breakfast spread, room service. Overall exceptional stay and value for money

The location is fantastic. Easily accessible. On a request they offered us Lake view room. In room dining service was very prompt. The property is huge.

We had to take our medications and we asked for a water glass and spoon, the spoons arrived but water glass dint. The staff started quarrel on whose job it is to provide water glass to customers. We couldn’t take our medication.

Great location. Good service. Went for a wedding, so didn't try out the individual facilities. The banquet halls were very good

Location Ambiance SurroundingsStaff and Food

Some maintenance work

Good location, value fir money

Bar section was disappointing

Nice property by the lake with a big garden area and a walking path by the lake.

They weren’t able to provide two key cards to my room.

Apart from location lot left as per the rent

No facilities are good, gym is makeshift not inviting, pool not working, room service was delayed on 26th

the only good thing about this property was the location, facing the lake, it was a beautiful sight. Second was the breakfast, which was really good, fresh food, good chefs and good staff, was a good experience.

the property is very tired, furniture in the room, toilets were all looking old and little to no maintenance. They need immediate renovation. The staff at the reception were courteous but need more training and need to be efficient. Too many people at the reception and still takes too long to attend the customer.
