Royal Ritz Resort

Clean room and room service

Cannot think of anything specific it was comfortable stay

Size of the room, facilities, excellent breakfast.

Wash rooms, very bad wifi, no network inside rooms,

Cleanliness and good food

Bit inside from the highway

It’s an all in one venue with very supportive staff and great food served in house.

The property is good for a hideaway holiday. There are no major site seeing locations nearby.

The property is really good and in in quite place, away from traffic, we enjoyed spa it was really excellent. The food is good. They have balcony which gives you good morning view and the sunlight.

NA

Overall facilities were good and well maintained.

It felt like they were short staffed simple services like check out morning breakfast refills were taking a long time. Maybe due to the holiday season the resort was full and it seems they had not anticipated it.

Excellent comfort....sound sleep..

slow internet..and poor room service

The staff were super kind. I was slightly ill, and they went to the pharmacy for me without charging me. I tipped them of course, but I was very honored by the gestureThe hotel is clean, and their restaurant affordable and tasty.

The staff was amazingly accommodating

Its a bit off the main road, and needs some effort to get there, and get past a few dodgy areas. Also the phone network is pretty weak.

Courteous Staff, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty food at restaurant

The approach road to the hotel, food is expensive

The staff gave more priority for the customers coming to the event rather than the all.

We were alloted the room on 3rd floor. The loud music at the 4th floor event hall went upto 1am. Staff was confirming to have it stopped but did nothing. They were just lying. They offered a different room at 1am but this was not feasible to change at 1am as I was with my family. This was a pathetic experience at such a large hotel.

The hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained.Courteous staffYummy foodThe buffet breakfast had a lot of options

It is a bit far away from the main city

Spacious room and cleanliness

No complimentary breakfast . They did not inform us in advance about chargeable breakfast. They informed us after we had breakfast

Very good ambience and clean inside the premises

In the buffet breakfast live counter should inprove atleast with four star status

They have excellent staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Bathrooms were not as clean. The water from shower used to flow into room entry sometimes. Bedspreads were not clean.

- overall stay was comfortable- food was good- room was clean and staff were courteous - second swimming pool with water park like slides for kids

- approach road to resort can be improved

Enjoyed watching the view from the room window and the water game area. Was impressed with the number of pools the hotel has. The snacks and food quality was good.?The resort had a positive aura and a mesmerizing ambience.?

Didn't like the cold breakfast on a cold winter morning...gave the same feedback to the manager but in vain...had to eat the cold food only? The house keeping staff needs to be worked upon as nobody came to fix the television and the locker irrespective of multiple calls.?

Had a wonderful time with the family. Very courteous staff. Delicious food. Very well maintained property. Clean pool. Do visit it the property again.

Kids pool is good. Breakfast was okay can improve. Bar is the worst

Please do not book this property. Did not meet expectations. They are not able to manage the crowd. Priority is given to only wedding/vip guests. They ignore others. Staff behavior is not good. Tv was not working. It would have been much better to stay in Cheap Lodging. Room service and reception service is pathetic. No queries were answered. Only good thing was the general manager who understood our concern but still worst experience. Did not feel like a luxury stay for the price paid. Hope they will correct it. Room service person behaves in a rude way. Gave me cocktail which i did not order and charged extra.

Location and facilities were good.

Very clean, well maintained building. Felt Luxury.
