Place was good, staff were friendly.

wecouldn't get to the pool as some construction work going on beside due to which the pool was not clean.

Conveniently located near the airport, so this was a good option for a night stop after a late evening flights.

Cleanliness was an issue and the restaurant buffet was a nightmare. The staff was just not able to manage the overflow of holiday travellers. People were standing in hoards for food, one had to look for tables, water, spoons themselves. It felt like a madly managed langar!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff and service were good, breakfast was awesome.

The location was 30 mins from the main highway and reaching there was a pain coz city traffic was not that great and roads were narrow but it was not their fault, what they can improve is the cleanliness in the basement parking, there were 100s of garbage bags dumped near the basement car parking and it was horrible to see.

Good breakfast with both indian and western cuisine. Staffs are really attentive and helpful. Farhan and Aslam were particularly nice and made our stay really comfortable.

Everything was nice and well up to the mark.

Rooms are decent enough, staff is friendly. Bathroom shower was leaking and not repaired even after complaining. Housekeeping -Room service for water, slippers, etc were very quick. In room dining was very slow.Food at the breakfast was a disaster, omelettes were bad, coffee and tea were bad, vada and watermelon juice were stale!!

AC was not working.We were told same liquid to be used as shampoo and body wash. Post usage, i have itching on my face.

The hotel is bang opposite the Hubli airport, off the Mumbai Bangalore highway, great location. Food was good, but was surprised that they don’t serve alcohol. Also, for the room & facilities, I felt they are over priced.

Location good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly.

Nothing that was bad....As a feedback, i would suggest, Better guidance and training to the enthusiastic staff by experienced experts would add knowledge and understanding to deal with guests more maturely in terms of delivering their services.

The service is good, the hotel is nice, the food is also good. As a Thai person we don't like the strong herb smell. however, at the hotel there is many kind of food for us. and the picture and the room is the same. No worry. the hotel is 10 km. or 8 min from the airport. that is great. we can go to the industrial park from the hotel.

I booked the taxi to pick up at the airport. My team, who arrived at the hotel, asked the Hotel staff the day before, on that day in the morning, and 5 min before the flight's arrival. The staff said they already prepared the hotel taxi to pick up. However, after we waited for 10 min, 20 mins, on one came for us. My team at the hotel rechecked and found that no preparation was made for us. So I do not understand about this. But my colleague said the culture here sometimes the driver will not come even we arranged the reservation or managed the schedule. so the airport there is no taxi, it is better to make sure that you can find the rider to pick you up.

The breakfast was served in a different building than the one we stayed in, so we had to walk a bit to get there, but it was not too bad a walk.

Staff is horrible and needs to be changed. When you call reception for any assistance they say they will do and never turn up. Horribly maintained hotel too. Please stay away.
