More than liking, it's more of disliking. Direct checking in cheaper than through booking.com

Location is convenient and food in the restaurant is good, exceeding our expectations!

Cleanliness could be better. Hot water should be made available in the room itself, especially in the winter months!

Worst hotel I ever booked in my life.That room was attached to the Chanel behind the main hotel. There's a lot of mosquito flying around. The attached toilet with bathroom is in worse condition like public toilet. I asked them to change the room but they didn't. They didn't allow my elder sister to come in for fresh up. I'll also raise this with authority for not allowing a senior lady to use toilet. I also tried to connect with booking.com with e mailing but but in return they were asking me more details when I already did. No response received. Then I shifted to other hotel to stay comfortable. My money was wasted

Great value budget hotel. Stayed with family and comfortable enough.Two young guys running place very friendly, kind and helpful.Some small maintenance issues but no complaints for price of rooms.Attached restaurant wonderful food.

Room and staff and also location everything was dirty and staff was uneducated. Pls stay away from this location or booking with them.

Entrance one litre water bottle giving....

Rooms are dirty.....lizards there.....no cealing fan in my room.... uncomfortable feel ....tv not working....no wifi....

Good location, bed was comfy and was probably the cheapest you could find, despite the issues good value for money.

Broken window so mosquitos, no shower, no Wi-Fi and whilst the bedding was clean the mattress and pillows themselves were pretty bad. Staff weren’t really to friendly either.

Fantastic value. Helpful English speaking staff. Large room, recently painted.

All good. Some people may not like it only has a bucket shower but I wouldn’t expect more for the price.

Clean and modest hotel. Small room. Purely. There is no shower, but there is a bucket of water. For this money, an ideal result. Just great for one or two nights.

Conveniently located and easy to find as it is near the railway station

6 rooms were booked and the hotel mentioned they only saw 2 rooms from booking.com and could only confirm us 4 rooms. The hotel also tried to charge fees for extra beds that they didn't provide.

No drinking water, no Wi-Fi, no network in the room, lots of mosquitos, TV not working, no soap provided

Room is spacious and clean

Management is careless and rude, they don't share wifi password , they are always ready to say No to anything we ask ex: plate for eating, clean the room etcAnd bedsheets are smelly

Super cosy and quiet room. Perfect for short stays.

Everything was fine. Took me maybe 25 minutes to walk here from where bus dropped me off. There's a Shirdi Sai Baba temple right in heart of city that was nice to visit.

It was a walkable distance from the CBT bus stand,supportive staff,the room was very clean and service was good.

Entrance and outside area is dirty.

Nothing I liked staff are dunked and forcing us to open the door to check the room as if we are doing something
