- I rarely write reviews for hotels I’ve stayed in. However, due to my work, I often have to stay in hotels. But this time, I couldn't resist drawing the attention of the hotel management and its future guests.I booked a room in advance based on the description. In reality, I was given a room that was far from matching the description of a "spacious single room." The room itself was dark, and to make things worse, there was no lighting — just a twisted wire hanging from the ceiling where a chandelier was supposed to be.In the bathroom, the faucet spout was not fixed in place; it was simply inserted into the base, causing water to spray in different directions. There was NO internet in this room at all — the signal was so weak that the network was not even detected by my device.I requested to be moved to a room that actually matched the description, and after some time, voilà — there was light and even internet in the new room. However, upon entering the room, the key card didn’t work. I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The solution? The receptionist called the porter, who took a key and accompanied me to the room to unlock the door manually. And this happened several times a day whenever I needed to leave the room. When I asked, "What’s the problem?" I was told, "We don’t have batteries to replace the ones in the lock." My request to be given a key instead of a card was also denied. In the end, I couldn't take it anymore and left the hotel that same evening. I promised to return in the morning with batteries to help replace them in the lock, but by noon the next day, I had to leave Mersin.I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff — they performed their duties relatively well. My complaints are directed at the management responsible for running the hotel.
- First of all the asked me for extra money the said the eour change is different event the exchange is sameBit i didn’t accept And i asked them to change my room and they changed 3 time becouse the AC IS not workingAnd there is water on tye roof
- Place is tired - clean but bed mattress was past its usefulness, internet none existing, no facilities for evening meal.

Nice place , clean and helpful staff.
The Room was pretty small for a family room, in the app I indicated a family of four, yet they charged me for an extra child even though I indicated that during the booking process and paid for it, but still it was a nice stay and the staff try their best to please
The breakfast was great. We could pay cash in the hotel for pur stay. We also booked our stay at 21:00 and they accommodated us anyway that day. It was really nice of them. Parking for our car in front of the hotel.
The room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Dirty shower. But we arrived so late and tired that we didnt mind.
Turkeys worst " hotel"
It was an old, run-down, building , with aircon broken, 2 sleepy, grumpy , lazy, and badly dressed staff/ owners . IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON BOOKING COM !!! It was the eorst hotel i have seen in my 40 years of travel with paint coming off and laindry hanging from the windows. It was a dump !!
Cheap price
Most of the things was less than expectation.Room is not cleaned everydayTowels are not well washed ( smells bad)Toilets is old and taps leak waterBreakfast is prepared at 6am, however, i wanted to take an apple and leave to airport but the staff didn’t allow me because it starts at 7am
The location was perfect for usBecause we wanted to travel by ship to Cyprus and the hotel is next to the pier.We will definitely book it in future trips and I suggest anyone who wants to travel by ship, this hotel is very good and also has a parking lot.
There was nothing that bothered us.Maybe the prices are not suitable for some backpackers
Staff was friendly and helpful
Not a good location even though it was within half a hour from city center. Below average location in term of quality. Noisy guests during our stay. Not family oriented hotel as most guests are truckers.
WiFi was ok.
Clearly the hotel did not provide the room I was booking. There was no promised 35 m squared room with balcony. All the facilities are old and ready to fall apart. I do realize this is cheap hotel, but I've seen way better options for the same price.
It's a clean hotel with attentive friendly staff. Location is not super but if you rent a car it will be more comfortable for your travel. I find this hotel specialised on working travelers, not for foreign tourists, travelers. But generally, hotel was nice ?.
It's a nice option for our one-night stay. The location is good. Breakfast wasn't mentioned in the booking, still, it was there and was good enough, nothing special, but enough to start the day.
The room wasn't very clean. There was dust on the shelves.
Great hotel with good location and delicious breakfast. Very helpful people work here, I had a problem with a bank card and the hotel staff helped to book tickets. Thank you.
Very good service, excellent personnel, inexpensive rooms
Wifi is not good at some places, tobacco smoke can be felt, noisy (heard some heavy fighting at night), some pieces of furniture are broken
Attentive bell boys
Pure English at the reception .There was Internet shut down for almost hole day
badest hotel
soo dirty
Location close to the highway, free parking at the back of the hotel.
