Sultan Hotel

I stayed one night only. The hotel is clean, good for work not for leisure. Affordable. The area is safe we arrived at 2am. The food is nice. The staff is good also.

The smoke smell in the room, when you open the window you will see the pipes or other building. You cant get fresh air inside. But there are some rooms with city view which was full during my stay.

Breakfast good.Clean room. Cleaning women came first thing and asked what you wanted doing. Good lift.

No English spoken which isn’t unusual in Turkey. Tricky when you need info.

Massive bedroom area and very spacious bathroom

Location was very busy and noisy at night

Near the loby there was the area with tables whe you can spend tome

Poor breakfast, bad smell in the room, very small room, some equipment not working

The staff was kind. There was a boiler to make tea in the room and a minifridge.

House keeling was very good ?

The Dining room looked clean, Looking over, I see the staff derp silverware onto the floor pick it up and wipe it off with a napkin and Re-use it. The Presentation of the food ? ?look good, NO fresh ? ????,or greens ? ? white reads. The ? basket ? A Brown towel on top White towel on the bottom it had Blake mold had NOT been cleaned ?, ??.the place mats Disgusting there Filthy they did NOT CLEAN ? ?. they put Civil War on them without a napkin I picked it up and seen all the crumbs and dried food that soup through them I did not wipe them down in a week we were there or disinfect them. Terry&Le Terflinger.Ps the The linens were like burlap bags no top sheet just the bottom sheet on the mattress. WOW Will NOT go BACK.

Great cleaning staff and friendly receptionists

Breakfast menu could be a bit better to include Turkish coffee and omelette. Some rooms need more lighting

Everything was good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking space available, breakfast was nice.

Very dirty rooms, please remove carpets and keep the ground clean without anything.Everything is old dated decorations and all items in the rooms needs to be upgraded all are dirty and old

Staff were very nice as everywhere in Turkey. Sheets and towels were clean.

I booked sultan hotel and after 1 hours they called to me that if you don’t have any girl partner(one girl and one boy) we cannot give you any rooms from sultan hotel and one of near hotel that is Kar hotel you can stay there we went there but they didn’t allow us to stay in the kar hotel too! They gave us old room from UĞUR HOTEL!

İn fact i have to talk about UĞUR HOTEL not sultan hotel. Don’t book Sultan hotel if they don’t like you they sent you to another hotel that you cannot find in google maps ?

Friendly and generous staff helped us find the hotel after getting lost for 2 hours! They came and saved us:) I like the cleaniness and professionalism of the hotel!
