This is not a hotel this lokenah does not deserve one star. The furniture is old and the room is not clean and needs maintenance. It does not deserve to be on your list. The agreed fee was $25, but they charged me $35, I don't know why

The included breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly to foreigners.

It smelled like cigarettes through the whole building. All our clothes stank when we got home. Also housekeeping came at inconsistent times so it made it difficult to choose when to come back to our room. The view outside the back of the hotel is pretty dismal too..it looked destroyed.

Very warm welcome. Absolutely lovely Turish staff. My room was available earlier than check in so I was very kindly able to check in early. I also left early and was able to get an early breakfast. Very nice breakfast with views over the roof tops. Very close walking distance to shops abd the seafront. Easily connected by the dolmuş buses. Lovely room, water supplied, good air conditioning, very spacious, good lighting and well thought out decoration.

Bathroom was clean and well fitted but old. Toilet seat disconnected and the shower quite weak.

Location was near where we needed to be.

Our room was extremely filthy. There were hairs from previous tenants in the corners of the toilet and clumps of hair on a “fresh towel”. The security guards were asleep when we checked out in the early hours of the morning.

All staff are so kind. The room is clean.

The shower is little bit cold.

It's was so comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful allowing me to check out later at no additional cost

I loved everything

Clean and comfortable. Quite large room with ac. A good buffet breakfast included. Short walk to the sea. I was catching the ferry to Cyprus the following day. The port is half an hour walk or a short taxi ride. Try one of the restaurants on a boat in the harbour.

We needed a room for a night. Everything was appropriate except of smell of smoking.

The room was smelly with smoking, although I booked a non-smoking room.

Location was great. The hotel room was rather clean.

First night bed sheets were used.

There was no phone in the room, refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold, the inner elevator stays open when the elevator is in use. You had to tell them specifically what you wanted clean when you left your room.

Location was good,central, close to park and sea,provides parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the communication was fine. There are some improvements in progress but the place is quiet and clean. We had a very nice big and clean room. Breakfast was very good served on the 8-th floor, with a nice view over the city.

Good value for money. The location is perfect, the breakfast is fine with a nice view. If I paid more I could find something to complain about, but with such a price it was totally okay. Perfect choice for a short stay

At least one person could talk in English, even the basic words connected with traveling and staying at the hotel. But we used the body language and translator and it was fine :P

Everything was bad, the bathrooms weren’t clean and the staffs weren’t that helpful.

Excellent staff! Made me feel at home.

Our room did not have the usual courtesy water bottles.
