Room a bit small

The staff were great, especially Denise.

I was surprised that I needed to crack walnuts, which is unusual for a Hilton Hotel. I understand you prefer to cut your overhead expenses, but having to crack walnuts is an ingortumate policy. I spent more time cracking nuts for me and for my wife than I spent eating breakfast. In addition, the menu for half board customers was meager.

Location

I noticed that the Wi-Fi service was unclear regarding the payment requirement. It was mentioned that the Wi-Fi is free, but I was still prompted to pay. Only the last day of stay the mede it free

I stayed at Hilton Mersin for two nights, coming from Iraq for a short vacation. Overall, the stay was very good — the hotel is clean, the location is excellent, and the room was comfortable.However, the attitude of the reception staff was disappointing; they were somewhat rude and unhelpful.Also, the swimming pool water was not properly clean. On the second day, the pool was closed early due to a wedding event, which I believe is unfair to hotel guests, as such events should not affect the services provided to paying customers.In general, it was a good stay, but there are areas that need improvement, especially in guest relations and maintaining service quality.
