Hotel Varsha Palace

Location is Good...few rooms are well maintained

Food quality and variety could be better

Very bad

I dont like room is not good matteres very old ac is very sound breakfast very bad

Breakfast was good but the time for breakfast was too late.

Did't received the dental kit, as well as didn't received any complementary instead of breakfast.

Nothing liked it

Cleanliness, hygiene.parking, no breakfast by 7:30 pm

It was close to some good restaurants.

We were not given with the size of room asked for. We had asked/paid for the biggest room in hotel as we had kids. The The staff argued that all the deluxe rooms were of same size while 2 rooms next to us was about 1.5 times as ours.

Location Hygiene Services Everything

Parking through entrance gate is tricky

Very worst

There were no TV remote, ac remote in place,No phone for communicating reception, no towels, no soap, handwash, FOUND HAIRS IN BREAKFAST, NOT GOOD SERVICE, CONJUSTED PARKING

Breakfast is good.

Address give n at the time of booking Kamgar Chowk is not correct. I had to change taxi and take auto from Kamgar chowk to Hotel

Nice staff, rooms are clean, towels are also neat & clean & beds are comfortable.

Not worth to money. Some what expensive because same type of hotels are available in the low price range.

Not very good for the price

Water leaking from taps. There were some insects in the room. The room door lock wasn't working correctly. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

The location is very nice, the South Indian Restaurant to the opposite is the best food that you get in Aurangabad.

The rooms were poorly maintained, not very clean. Room service is slow. Food options are limited but satisfactory. Please select without breakfast as breakfast opposite the hotel is a must try

Reception staff, not talk properly, Taxi booking not satisfied, for 5 mint drive receptionist refuse to go,,

Location

Bathroom had no fitting to keep / hang towels Also jet spray was broken We had to keep tap on and remove 5-6 buckets of water post that only hot water would flow This is wastage of water

Location and staff behaviour

Cleanliness and furnishings

Better location in city

Rude staff. Faulty AC. Below average breakfast

The location is very good. So many nice restaurants around. Starbucks, some momo shops...

It was ok, for this price

The property was good, but they could have maintained. The rooms properly like the bedsheets were a little dirty. It could have been better and also there was leak leakage near the bathroom wall, the AC was working properly. The fan was good. They also offered complimentary breakfast as well, so that was a good thing to add into it. Overall, I stayed only for one night so yes, this is my feedback for this day.

They can repair their room walls and also wash their bedsheets

Staff don't train properly. Service is poor. All lights are not working.

I ask on your website near the railway station I am looking for a property, you show far from the railway station. When we mention be specific.

The location was in a lovely neighborhood with nice restaurants, Starbucks, coffee shops nearby. It is also quite close to the airport. As a solo woman traveler, I felt safe and comfortable in the property. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. And room was clean and comfortable.

For the price, it was great value. No complaints.
