Daily breakfast was a great start to the day. The restaurant is available for meals any time, the food was excellent. Staff of the hotel were kind and very helpful.

The hotel staff was lovely! My partner forgot his headphones at the hotel and the staff was so kind to ship them back to us. The hotel overall is nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant his great food too.

Breakfast options/service was quite good, with choice of local cuisine ?and standard fare.

The rest of the dining options were largely non-vegetarian which was a bit problematic since Aurangabad is a small city & we would have preferred dining in the hotel itself after a whole day of sight-seeing. Even the option of veg thali was not there which I believe was there earlier. The transport/tourist cab provided by the hotel was very good- full marks to Tayab Bhai who was with us & took us round, providing local historical details. He was also on dot / punctual every day.

The hotel is modern, very clean, room with both fan and aircon that work very well. The hotel restaurant served delicious food with a variety of choices for every taste, both spicy and not spicy at all. Good wifi. Complimentary pick up was very useful after a long travel. Finally, the hotel helped in arranging tours to Ajanta and Ellora caves at good prices, which was very useful. Overall, my stay was great!

I tried indian food at the restaurant, the portions were large and food tasted good. Staff were polite and very helpful

The hotel is very near the mainroad, my room is facing it directly which can be noisy.

Great hotel with spotless rooms and good facilites. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast was adequate. Staff very nice. Good location if you need to be close to the bus station.

The room was very clean and nice - up to Western standards, which made it an excellent choice for the money. I had a very disappointing experience elsewhere in India at the beginning of my trip, so this was a very pleasant surprise. The room had a small fridge and a tea kettle. The bathroom had a shower curtain, good water flow in the shower, and no issues getting hot water. The hotel was able to put me in touch with a driver for the Ajanta and Ellora caves (who is the same one they use for airport pickup/dropoff). Breakfast had a lot of options and was available from 7-10 AM. Lunch and dinner were also available in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant and at the front desk were excellent. I left something in my room by accident and they ran down to bring it to me before I managed to drive away. Location seemed good, but I didn't spend any time walking around. It was about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and I paid 500 rupees for a ride to the airport. (Airport pickup was included for free when I booked.)

Room spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. Efficient, prompt and polite services. Delicious foods. I consider this one of the best accommodations I ever had in India.

The property is centrally located and I enjoyed a fantastic stay

I had. Difficult time finding the local market from the hotel but the concierge was so kind and ordered me a taxi.

Bathroom too small, shower draining too slow, the shower floor doesn’t have enough slope to drain the water.

Clean and professional employees. Breakfast has a good taste.

Small rooms, amenities were less provided and have to ask for front desk for dental kits which was complimentary though. Less options for breakfast items.

The hotel is super clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is quite good, parking available. I stayed with my family, my husband, my 4 year old, and my mother and it was an amazing stay. Room service, staff's response to requirements, all were immaculate. Even the breakfast was quite good, and you could customize by a bit as well. I have a under 5 kid who is very fussy with food, and the staff was very helpful with taking small custom orders for food, which ensured my kid ate well most days. It was genuinely very helpful.All in all I would definitely stay again if I visit Aurangabad and will recommend it to anyone.

I can hardly find anything to complain about - everything was immaculate, the cleanliness, the helpful staff of the hotel, the time required for each service. one and only aspect - which again is not a complain, but the prices for the restaurant food seemed a little on higher side as compared to the quantity.But honestly that is not even that significant. All in all I would definitely stay again if I visit Aurangabad and will recommend it to anyone.

All staff were lovely and very helpful from reception to restaurant staff. Everyone was fantastic. Our room was extremely clean and shower was great. We saw Ellora caves, the fort and another temple with a driver for 8 hours with the hotels help. This was only 1600 rupees which we thought was great! We find it hard to believe this is only a 3* hotel when everything was so wonderful. Hopefully this hotel will get a bigger star rating soon! We ate in the restaurant both nights the food was delicious! I really struggle with spice and the staff were very accommodating and made sure my dishes were less spicy/had no spice in. One other very lovely detail is we had to leave and check out at 6am due to getting an early flight. The hotel helped arrange our transport to the airport and even packed us a breakfast to go. Thank you hotel green olive!

It would have been good to know that Ajanta caves were closed on Mondays before we arrived as we couldn’t do the trip due to it being closed

Nice hotel and rooms, clean and comfortable.

Communication in advance was very bad - due to the reviews here I asked to book the transfers to Ellora and Ajanta for me, but they were not able to confirm via e-mail which made me really nervous (arriving at 7.00am in the morning and wanted to start directly to Ajanta ...). Furthermore they confirmed an early check-in, but at arrival no room was available. Even worse: my doggy-bag breakfast for the last morning (early flight) was delivered to my room at 11.20pm (they knew that I have to wake up at 5.45am ...). This is not very guest-friendly. I informed them that I will be check out at 6.20am and asked if I should pay the bill for extras in the evening or in the morning - no problem, the reception is 24/7 (that was the answer). I arrived at the reception in the morning and the person at reception was not the right person to handle the payment - so the right person had to be called etc. pp. my Uber had to wait (extra costs!!!), as it took more than 10 minutes to handle this situation. Regarding the tours: the driver is very nice, but they try to cheat you to get some extra money ... the viewing point in Ajanta is not worth the extra money, it is only a reason to get in contact to the guy who "shows you the way" and would like to sell you some stuff afterwards ... (but he accepts a "no").

Simple but nice!It’s not big and something special. But in India if bee bathroom and clean hotel - you are win! And supportably staff.

Great value, clean and evening restaurant meals were perfect.

Bell boy expected a tip for fixing TV but I had no change, to spite me he removed the key card from the slot as he left and the electricity went in my room. Got a manager involved and he returned the key card. Will not let that one incident with immature staff influence the rating but request management to train that tips are not a given.

The stay was great. All the staff were super friendly and professional. Housekeeping done every day. Great bathroom compared to many other Indian facilities, plenty of hot water, separate shower area. The front office staff were so helpful and you can arrange through the for all your tour needs.. I would happily stay there again.
