Staff is too rude, it is not value for money, rooms are too compact. Photos shown online verses in real rooms are different.

Drinking Water wasn't given till I asked for it after many hours. Mineral water was charged. Served tap water when asked. Both the charging point near bed weren't working. No one came even after repeated reminders. There was just one bell boy working in the hotel. Jet spray tap was leaking.

Close to railway station. In house restaurant. Organised trips to sites.

Noisy as can hear railway announcements and road noise.

The location was in the center and convenient, there was parking available. One of the rooms didn't have a window for fresh air, as it opened in the common area on the floor.

Only good thing about the hotel was its location . Many restaurants close by so that you can have breakfast ,dinner and even tea because the hotel restaurant service is extremely bad

The restaurant is not well equipped. We drove from Mumbai and after exploring Daulatabad Fort reached the hotel around 6 pm. We requested for a hot cup of tea . The Manager at the reception counter said the milk was over so tea could not be served. We had to cross the road and have tea at the tea stalls there though we were so tired after a long journey and exploring the Fort that we would have preferred a hot cup of tea in our roomsNext day we were to drive to Ajanta Caves. Reached the hotel restaurant at 8 am for breakfast. The sole person there in the restaurant said none of the breakfast items were ready so again we had to stop on the way to Ajanta Caves for breakfastWe stayed at the hotel for 3 days . The first day we requested for a Wifi password. The reception manager pretended to search in the computer and said the systems were down so password could not be given. Next day evening after our Ajanta Caves trip we insisted on the Wifi password. We were given the password but there was no connectivity in our rooms. We had to use our own internet Data all the three days during our hotel stay

No water supplied in room as complementary. No complementary tea at a price of Rs. 2400 plus taxes per day. Frequent power cut & no backup for AC & lift.

Everything...once they got the money their services were not good. They had hot water in all the taps in the bathroom which was very inconvenient and they did not have any control system in the bathroom. Clients can get burns because if this.

the New Bharti is very close to the station - ideal if you are arriving on a very late train as we were. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious with good storage. Almost everything worked. the restaurant within the hotel is good although there's plenty of choice around.

The hot water was a little patchy. Breakfast not served before 0800 but there is a VG roadside dosa stall opposite.

The rooms were clean and nice. Good for a budget friendly stay.

There is no hot water available at all times.

Near the train station

The hotel is under renovation, there is a lot of dust in the rooms, the door to the bathroom is covered with mold. It is not possible to pay with a card from a European bank. no possibility to store luggage for the duration of further sightseeing. I had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on. in the evening bath only in cold water. the only plus is the transfer from the train station to the hotel. but it's only 200 meters.

Very disturbing locality.Continuous sounds of railway announcement disturbs your sleep.Continuous sounds of railway engin horn disturbs you.If you want peaceful , sound sleep don't select this property for stay........Hot water is not available round the clock it's available only from 6 am to 9 am.Disappointed ?

The staff were very helpful and the cafe linked to the hotel served tasty food. The bed was comfortably and rooms were a good size.It was close to the railway station. There were plenty of eateries, bars and small shops close by.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the second floor so we moved to the first we’re it was ok some of the time. Some of the fixtures and fittings, especially switches could do with better maintenance.
