7 Apple Hotel, Aurangabad

Over All experience is very Good. Hospitality, staff are very very Good. They helped in Lugguage etc. Smooth check in check out.

Too costly Tea Room service. and The restaurant is such that you need to climb so many stairs. If a person is with legs and walking issues then it is problematic. Room service TOooo Expensive.

1. Behaviour of staff- exceptionally good. Remembering the good natured Aveskhan, Subham, Sanket (of restaurant), and Saket (guy) and a lady at the reception (lost the paper with her name)2. Cleanliness.3. quiet

1. Rooms a bit small2. Bathroom was really tiny3. These days, all hotels have bathrooms where sunlight don't enter. All hotels. Would prefer hotels consider sunlight in future designs at least4. Some more storage area- for suitcases

Ac cooling was poor. No response from staffs

The staff was friendly, professional and polite.

The room & washroom was too small. Completely claustrophobic.

Breakfast was simple but adequate

Internet and WiFi could be better. It was mostly not working, that was the only issue to highlight.

Insufficient water bottle for a couple.No comb, hair oil was available.No tea, coffee and hot water mug available in room.

Comfortable bed ?

Cleanness, Amenities amd facilities also, Dental kit not available, soap not available, Hot water Issues . If we asked for complimentary water bottle 2am staff said it's chargeable because we provide only 2 complimentary bottle . It's horrible . Next time I'll ask 2 (जग) drinking water ( we don't need your water bottle)

Very good hotel. The girl on the front desk named AnJana help us finding taxi to attractions, very helpful. There is a nice supermarket just next to the hotel, very convenient for visitors.

The toilet needs more water

Rooms were too small & congested The restaurant area is too small & very crowded The complimentary breakfast serving was too slow and had to wait for a couple of minutes to get a seat There is no lift to the restaurant and its in the basement.

The hotel receptionists made false positive feedback for the hotels using our mobiles, our Google accounts without our authorization while we had asked them simply to activate the wifi. They took our mobiles for 5 minutes and secretly made the feedback!!! UNACCETABLE BEHAVIOUR !!

Unprofessional staff asked me to wait for early check in without having room and informing additional trarrif to pay

The Breakfast menu was really Sad as compared to other 7 Apple Hotels that I have stayed in. Specially there was no much option for Veg and when I spoke to the Restaurant Manager he informed that he cannot do much. In live option there was only Non-veg and he cannot make Veg only for 1 person.

If you are looking just for a stay in a very compact design space,yes this is the hotel for you. Ac is really poor, failed to cool even a small room.

Horrible front office staffs. Good for nothing. They laugh and talk among themselves. When we ask for any query, they disappear.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

Dinner buffet wasn’t good as per the quoted price, also options weren’t good.

Absolute disaster; definitely a no no

The rooms are small; no toiletries; no tea/coffee maker in the room. The staff is not courteous at all. The room service is poor. Asked for tea in the morning; the response was to wait till 7.30 am.

Well cleaned room with toilets.

Rooms are small, no kettle with tea pouches, refrigerator & napkins.

The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast had plenty of options. We tried the à la carte dinner but were disappointed with the quality of the food.

We were not given an itemized bill. The size of the room was too small. The hotel did not provide morning tea in the room.
