What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Location good staff cooperative ,breakfast good, variety satisfying ,cleanliness good
- It's a fine, value for money property.......staff was very courteous i would say.
- New rooms are great, food is great and one of the best breakfasts we had in India. They offer fresh omelette, toasts and all Indian dishes.
Cons -
- Room given was very old with old furniture .Bathroom was horrible no shower bucket &mug very bad condition. Tea given in evening morning was not at all good (chargeble)
- Spread could have been better.......fruits were bare minimum.
- The cheaper rooms are no good condition and they should change the pictures there. We got an upgrade from the receptionist for 400rs and these new rooms are crazy, clean and Europe standard. One of the best hotels but pricy.

The location was close to the airport that was a plus
The covers of sofa and tiles in the bathroom could be cleaner than they were.
Staff tried their best to help, the new rooms are fine, and breakfast is ok. The food is good.
They gave us an older room with a decadent feeling, and the toilet was not clean. The new room was fine, but there was no toilet papel or amenities. Theres little attention to detail and they are definitely not tourist oriented. Not very professional.
Could have been having better house keeping . The room cleaning not done till asked for. They gave alternative accommodation . Enhanced cost.
House keeping . No bathroom slippers
