free breakfast as per your advertising was NOT available. When asked for the manager to comment he said he would be right up, but never contacted or explained anything. Poor public relations. We will not recommend the Hotel, for that reason alone.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Facilities matched pricing which delivered more than fair value for money. Staff were very good. A good value local hotel. I would recommend this property.

More attention to detail could be given to the tidiness in the restaurant e.g. table mats could be replaced to freshen the look.

we were suppose to get king room, we got twin room, we asked for queen, they said we will change it, they stillchange in twin room combining twotwin bed

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom due to faulty ventilation.

The beds where comfortable and the staff was nice. The food was very good! They arranged a driver for us for the two days to visit the caves and the driver was very good and professional. Prices for the driver were reasonable.

The gym was really bad. The floor in the hallway look and felt like it had water damage. The whole property looked run down. The pool didn't look very inviting. It was located a bit outside the property and was missing some love. And you couldn't open the windows.

Only 1 minor challenge (if at all) was the limited car parking inside the premises. hence we had to park outside the property right opposite on the road - which may be an issue.

Located Around 15 -10 mins from the Aurangabad airport the hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Washrooms could have been a little bigger but no complaints in terms of the cleanliness of both the rooms and the washrooms. The Staff is courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice spread and had something to offer for all. Would definitely recommend the same for future travelers.

Location and Cleanliness but staf were not helpful enough to our minor requests .Breakfast was good.but lacked a coffee shop/ cafe facility for snacks.

I loved the food at the restaurant : Riwazz . Excellent small brinjals/eggplant prepared in black spice blend ( called Ghoda masala). Staff was very courteous to serve me this dish as it was a second thought selection on my part. Kudos to Arpita and her team.

Frequent breaks in the internet. I would call the front desk for help. Before the maintenance crew wd come, the connection wd improve. This happened several times during the evening/night that i spent at The Fern. At the end of the day, I got my work/reading done.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom smelled very bad. Perhaps the bad smell came from the water pipe. A cleaning person seemed to have been aware of this problem and put aromatic air refresher every day, but it did not work.

The interiors were slightly dated and seemed to be a wee-bit worn out; though the staff was doing an exceptionally great job in maintaining the property

Beds are too soft and quite difficult to get a good nights rest. The flashing light on the smoke alarm detector is too disturbing and you need to make sure you keep your head in a different direction

Nice spacious huge room, clean & comfortable bed.

Requested packed breakfast as we had to check out early at 6am. It was disappointing!All we got was 1 apple, a banana & a very dry sandwich with a thin paste of last nights chutney, nothing else was in the sandwich. It was horrible! Also a very dry chocolate muffin, again leftover from last night's dessert. Disappointed to say the least.
