Lemon Tree Hotel Aurangabad

Room cleanliness. Availability of towel napkins. Not enough Charging ports. Dishonest staff. They gave the higher bill and removed the charges when pointed out.

Cleanliness, Excellent staff, Meals are good.

Previous stay was better than this time. Floor of the room was damp. Room at first floor was better than ground floor.

delicious food, clean hotel, attentive personnel

Good location. Courteous and warm staff. Attentive. Prompt service. Well spread food options. Neat and clean

Neat and clean

It was costly as per the facilities provided to us. The washroom was too small.

The breakfast spread was excellent. The dinner buffet was somewhat disappointing on the last day of our stay. But when we expressed our disappointment to the staff and the restaurant manager they went out of the way to satisfy our requirements. The hotel arranged for airport transfer at 5:30 am for a nominal charge.

The buffet was of uneven quality for the three days of our stay. There was not enough towels provided in the room. But, when we noted this, the problem was rectified speedily.

Staff, pool, greenery

It was spacious and green, with lots of trees. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully done up. The pool was large and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety everyday and was just delicious. The staff was prompt, efficient and cordial, without exception.

Can't think of anything.

We learnt the pool wasn't operational after making the booking. Since we went witb kids,we really wanted to try it. Tried desperately to call the hotel to confirm but nobody picked up. Even tried via booking.com but they weren't able to get through as well. Finally we reached there and no pool. The breakfast was ok, could have better choices. The spread was adequate but nothing really stood out. Didnt use any other facilities. Location is good.

Bathroom was small and not very clean. Water doesn't drain out from bathing area. Not at all value for money. At the same cost better hotel options nearby

Large comfortable rooms well equipped with amenities. The pool was lovely and the restaurant was excellent.

Lovely pool in a good location. The staff were very kind and sent our swimming costumes on to our next hotel as we left them on the balcony

The restaurant wasn’t comfortable. We would have liked a nice table to be set up by the pool

The food was amazing! The hotel itself was beautiful! The room was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and upgraded us to a Executive Suite as we were staying only for a couple of hours and ensured we were treated well. Quick Check - In and Check - Out. They have many facilities within the hotel and would recommend for a long trip. Very close to Aurangabad Airport.

Staff was quite helpful

Although property photo showed a bath tub there was no bath tub. The AC unit seemed old

Clean. Good breakfast, Nice pool, lovede the balconi

Property was nice & clean and it has the potential to be 5 star property in future.

Food option we’re good but not great

Location and proximity to airport was decent. Room was comfortable. Good breakfast.

Check in and check out took a long time. Long walk to get to the room and room smell was a little dingy and damp. Tub was too high and felt unsafe when stepping out with wet feet. Water for bath was stuck in shower mode and couldn’t change it to get running water without holding the trigger. Completely out of soap in the shaper when we checked in.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Good food, courteous and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere

This is a good choice for budget conscious traveller. Has an excellent pool and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast and menu choices were a bit limited in my view.

Very different from other hotels. We liked the way rooms are constructed around the pool. Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful specially Krishna and of course all the others. Breakfast area everyone was helpful and friendly. We were received by very friendly staff specially the Lady. Bar man Soobhash was excellent.

Older property requires little maintenance, fresh paint will work.
