Location and landscaping is excellent

First day room service was worst next day I complained at front desk then it was excellent

Buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel had atmosphere and charm.

1. The restaurant ambiance was pleasant, and the food quality and spread (especially the breakfast) were very good. We had both breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant throughout our stay.2. The front office executive was very supportive and even upgraded our booking from an executive room to a suite room, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, neat, and well-maintained, and I would like to place a special appreciation for the housekeeping team for their excellent upkeep.3. The hotel premises were calm, clean, and well-maintained, with ample car parking space. The reception area ambiance was also excellent.

Areas for improvement:1. The air-conditioning in the room was not effective enough, even when set to 12°C. During late-night hours (around 2:00–4:00 a.m.), the room would become quite warm, and we suspect the compressor may have been switched off intermittently.2. At the time of check-out on 23rd October around 11:30 a.m., I was disappointed that the reception executive handed me the bunch of final bills directly, without placing them in an envelope. This gesture felt unprofessional and left a negative impression after an otherwise wonderful stay.

Really liked the social club type feel of this hotel. It reminded me of the old days but in a very good way. It far exceeded my expectations as it is much better than a brand name hotel for me and my wife. We had a great room, great service at the bar and restaurant. Love the park. used the pool, and location is quite good. Great value overall

From check in the experience was awesome. The staff is very courteous and warm. They welcome you with warmth. Ms. Ayesha happened to be at property and she showed around as well.

Not worth the price as the hotel is really old and not very clean room .

Full stay charges were collected. Breakfast not included. While coming back one day on the pretext of recharging the card stopped us at reception for verification

Well appointed with Indian artifacts. Had all services including spa & massage. Ellora & Ajanta were driving distance. The hotel staff can arrange car with driver. Good restaurants walking/rickshaw distance from hotel.

Fantastic staff, very helpful! They found us a guide for the caves. Bed is comfortable, room itself is clean. Located very close to a nice part of town that is safe to walk at night (Cannought park).

The spa is pretty dangerous I’m afraid, two bad experiences on massage and facial. The shower needed to be deep cleaned, you can tell it had been a while. It was annoying to have to find the housekeeper to get new water bottles, the folks at the front desk would not give it to us without charging. Obviously this is all relative, elite standard compared to other local hotels but the 5-star rating deserves some scrutiny compared to international standards.

The location of the hotel is very central, in the heart of Aurangabad. It also had an old charm to it. The hotel provided ample water bottles in the room.

While the bed was comfortable and clean, the hotel was on the older side, and older things sometimes feel more dirty than they are. As a result, the hotel did feel that way.

Location

Rooms were outdated. Not the value for the money. Ac in my room stuck at 25 degrees would not go down. Bathroom shower had only one door. I have booked 2 rooms the other room which I booked had washroom which looked like from vintage years and showed signs of wear and tear. That room looked like the room of a 2star hotel. Not worth the money.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel, starting at reception, the gym, the dining room, everything.

Old rooms, looks highly run down. Old type of fixtures on doors, bathrooms. Certainly not value for money.

Property is huge, they large spaces / lawn both in front & back of property.Rooms were spacious & staff was friendly & courteous
