Poor cleaning, bathrooms need serious cleaning upgrade.Room was full of mosquitos, spiders were in the bathroom, around camode

Rooms equipment not well maintained, (Very Noise AC... Unable to sleep) and only focus on payment / Charges / money... Not on service..

property was huge and they have maintained the grounds and cleanliness of the grounds.The rooms are spacious and well placed. Its an open layout so individual rooms are spaced out and not crowded.

The fittings feel dated and need to be revamped.There was no option for indoor dining at their restaurant only out door dining or room service option at the time of our visit (August 2024) The food is ok but does not feel worth the price the charge for it

The food. The lawn. The breakfast space.

The rooms, the bathrooms, the chairs. All extremely dirty.

Ac and geyser not working in any room. The water was also dirty. The staff was good but they were helpless. Charges are also much higher than any other third class hotel and resort. Dont waste your time and money.

1. Receptionist Mr Qadir was rude and we felt so unwelcoming by his gesture.2. No rest room or wash room for drivers 3. Breakfast items were very limited .. stale fruit , no cereals at all, 4. A la carte menu food is excessively costly .. Dal at a price of 400 INR ia something similar to 5 star restaurant in cities

The property is good for people who want to stay away from the rush of the city. Nice and quiet location. The lawns and the huge premise is really good .

This property was once upon a time a high end luxury resort but is in shambles now , the furniture , the curtains , the upholstery everything inside is very old and worn out . The staff was good and helpful but were shabily dressed and the feel of a luxury resort is not there at all . There is no bar in this resort. They allowed us to check out late since our flight was delayed. If you are looking for luxury , this is not the place. It seems they are struggling to run the place (with whatever old resources they have)

The location and the restaurant. The restaurant is bit expensive but the food is of quality.

Furniture is quite old. No refrigerator in the room. Room design is so strange. Water taps, tables in room are too old. They need to be changed.

Peaceful setting not far from the Ellora caves. The pool is great after a hot day exploring the temples and monasteries. The staff are superb and they helped me organize everything for a in depth tour of Ajanta, Ellora and the Fort. The chef is also good and the food really versatile

The location

The maintenance was completely missing. Torn curtains. Aged property. Untrained staff. Unpruned gardens.

The 15 acers property is very well maintained with lot of greenery. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the bird watching too. Food was delicious.

We did not like burning of dry leaves and plastic bottles. Rather they should compost the same for their huge garden. ... Not the plastic obviously..One more thing the arrangement was such that from the room you had no outside view possible... The curtains were not openable..

Resort was little away from d hush bush city, which we wanted. But on the Ellora road- Peaceful environment and location. We were mostly out for visiting various tourist places. But at free time in evening and morning- it was very beautiful- to spend time in the pool area, garden, lawn area.Food was delicious

Location is excellent, the property itself is very good. Rooms, swimming pool, outside area, everything is quite well maintained, clean and pleasant. It actually is as is shown in the pictures, so very happy with this aspect.

There hardly were any options in the breakfast, the food and liquor is extremely expensive and it doesn't provide valuer for money. Staff is polite but completely inefficient in their work, that spoils the experience completely.

The property is very pretty, lots of greenery, beautiful layout and good construction, rooms are quite good, food is really excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. Location on Ellora Road suited our purpose perfectly.

Appearance of the rooms is dated even though everything works, linen in the room and outside, eg dining area, needs some serious work. Lawns and greens need maintenance. This is a property that in its heydays would have been spectacular but is now relatively run down.

Good location not that far from the city. Amazing food and good staff. But overall a good stay to relax and enjoy being away from city life.

Rooms are decent but the washrooms weren't that nice. Bad service because they are under-staffed so everything takes some time.
