Rooms were crampy as I wanted accodation and also wanted to have one extra bed for my our 12 year old son

Staff are utterly negligent of their duties and arrogant to core. Their behaviour is unacceptable in an hospitality Industry. They dont know the words "Please", "Sorry", "Excuse me" at all. They never use those words even when they have failed to deliver things. Food deliver person on the day of my stay was a solace among other bad experiences.

The staff is very courteous and accommodating.

The property is old and needs maintenance. The taps in the washrooms need a thorough cleaning to remove the limescale deposits.

The location and proximity was good to suit my purpose. The breakfast spread was very limited and the food could have been better by the standards of Ginger.

The rooms were quite torn down in maintenance, there was water seepage and the room smelt groggy. The property seems old and not kept up too well. Although my purpose was reasonably served , other options would have provided a more comfortable stay.

The staff were really friendly. Particularly the receptionist and staff at restaurant. Food was excellent. The location is also convenient.

The room was spacious but had the feel of use. The lighting is a problem. Or very bright or nothing. No convenient bedside light. Very noisy AC unit. I had to switch it off because of noise. Noise from outside was terrible. Singing until late and people chatting. No good insulation.

One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location. Situated right in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to the main market area, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the central location saves a lot of travel time and puts you close to everything you need.

The food at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the taste was decent, the prices were very high compared to what was offered. The quantity of each dish was surprisingly small, making it feel like poor value for money. For the amount charged, I expected more generous portions. Overall, the food is not worth the price, and this aspect definitely needs improvement.

Staff were good

AC not working, maintenance is bad. Flush does not work. Need to call facility for basic things

I found young, helpful and kind hotel staff members in Sumit, Pranjali and Renuka. They were very supportive after checking out as well while I waited in the lobby for some time to travel to the train station. The hotel room was very specious and clean, making my stay to be very comfortable. Very pleasant experience

Very courteous and helpful staff, the location is good, the breakfast was very good, overall a good and pleasant experience.

The building shows signs of ageing , needs a facelift, bar and restaurant was not working.

Property was clean & fresh staff was supportive

Food services were not good, wrong orders, late , chicken & panner was stiff.

Bed size is not spaces for two people if the person is tall.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Lunch/ Dinner was bad with very few menu options.Restaurant was unmanaged and chaotically.In the room, Hand towels were not provided. Very limited TV channel options were available. Insufficient cover parking. Gym was too tiny with limited equipments

Liked: Lobby, Room and one front desk staff. Forgot her name but she is from Goa.

Dislikes: Dirty bathroom, dysfunctional shower, very small restaurant- needed to wait atleast 20 mins before getting a seat. One front desk staff was very arrogant and rude. When I asked if she has a dustbin to throw small bits of papers she guided me outside the lobby some 50 mtrs away to go a throw. Normally, I would expect every front desk to have at least one dustbin. Her colleague told her that there is one below, her rude response was “if we keep doing this for every customer then who will do our job”. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Btw, there was no other customer and she was absolutely free, playing something with a small child, may be her daughter, on a screen. Don’t remember her name. It was difficult to pronounce. She was wearing a coat.

LOCATION OF THE HOTE;

BASIC AMENITIES LIKE DENTAL KITS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THEY HAD A CARD, WHICH MENTIONED WE NEED TO BUY FROM THEM, BE SUCH A BIG GROUP OF HOTEL, THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE BASIC THINGS. WHEN REQUESTED FOR ACCESS CARD, THEY PROVIDED ONLY ONE, MENTIONED, DUE TO SECURITY REASONS, THEY CANT PROVIDE 2 ACCESS CARDS.

Attached veg Restaurant food was good. Bathroom cleanliness.

Uncomfortable bed mattresses. Staff acknowledged the request and delayed it. Overlooked comments from chat about vehicle request.

Good Staff

everything in the room was bad. Plastic furniture, small TV , Non functional remote , Poor WIFI connection, Hard beds, Unclean sheets, Not enough tea/coffee/water. Bathroom not ok. no shower gel.

No parking space available. Shortage of staff. Smoking inside rooms. Too expensive.

I decided to cut short my stay in aurangabad (being a tuesday, ellora was closed) and proceed on my road trip. The hotel accommodated that change and refunded the money paid towards second day.

The room prices were lower when we checked in....and we could not avail of same due to reservation. Rooms were small and windowless/ felt cramped. Bath drains were clogged and not freely draining.

Convenient location. Clean and simple ambience. Warm hospitable staff specially the front office. Specially the staff membere Sameeksha and Pranjali made sure our 3 nights stay there was comfortable by helping to get a better room with openable windows.

Having all the windows fixed and locked. ( The management however kindly accomodated our request and opened a window for us.
