Polite helpful staff.

Ac not maintained, no proper remote control. Dust in room. Gap in the window which was being brought outside noise.

Although breakfast was mentioned as complimentary while booking, it was not so when we arrived for breakfast. They said if complimentary breakfast is needed then offline we should go and book. Then why mention it here?? Receptionist please work on your communication

Room was larger than Mariott's while being very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with dosa, wada and iddli specially recommended. The quality of food at the restaurant, attached to the hotel, was pretty good, so room service was a good option for us since it was open till 11pm. Check in/out, so also extension of stay, was a breeze. Ample car parking though not covered. If i were to visit this city again, i wouldn't hesitate, in the least bit, to stay at this place again.

If you do get in the pool, make sure you don't ingest its water. Though the pool looked clean, i am not too sure if it is treated with chlorine on a daily basis. The outdoor pool is open for use only from 7am to 4 pm. So those wanting to get into the pool as the sun goes down will be dissappointed

The room was good and larger which had moving space

The place is near highway but bit away from main town I believe. The extra bed which was taken need extra care as it was dirty.

Due to some congress party meeting in Belgaum, bell boy service was very slow as hotel was having many political guests and there is slight delay in support for normal customers.

Very nice hotel with western comforts, mostly good service, and restaurant. Wifi was good but had to ask for password.

Breakfast was stated to be included but was charged on check out. They did not respond to any messages through booking.com and some staff hung up unexpectedly when on phone call. The headboard for our bed was stained and needs to be replaced. Should provide casting to TV and airport shuttle.

Location was excellent and was easily reachable. Rooms was well kept, facilities was good. Was not able to see other facilities of was like gym and others as I was fully occupied tell checkout. Billing

Nothing to mention as of now. Tea sachets were not as per taste as it was only masala tea and not the regular tea sachets which was short cooking. When asked for regular Assam tea I was not given. This could be set right

However, there were a few areas for improvement. While we stayed in one of their renovated rooms, there were still some unfinished details and minor fixes needed. Completing all snagging work would make a noticeable difference in the overall comfort of the room.

Hotel was clean, well maintained. Staff was courteous. Loved the food. Breakfast had south indian, north indian, continental options. Total worth for money.

Very specious rooms. Food was also very tasty.

There was no menu for child so have to pay full even child did not eat full buffet.

The room was very comfortable and there was a good shower.

The hotel is located ar a busy street towards the airport, and I did not feel comfortable walking around after dark as a woman. Good for a short stay.

We were travelling by car from Bangalore to Mumbai and this hotel was just near the NH48. The hotel had ample safe parking space. We left the baggage in the car and took only the laptops. Food was great

Bathroom floor is smooth polished stone and not anti slip and we know people in our family whi have slipped at home and broken bones. The floor should have an anti slip mat as the flooring cannot be replaced. This will help prevent falls.

Value for money business hotel with good wifi and necessary facilities in the room.

Cleanliness can be better, floors need sweeping and mopping

Everything was good excepting for WiFi connectivity. Most of the times, the internet is not available through their WiFi and when available, the connectivity was very poor. We used internet only during our travel on road

The ambience and the owner always stays with you during the breakfast buffet.and recommends different items.

visited in Dec 20231. This hotel is close to the NH, so for me it was convenient and didn't have to go inside city. 2. Cleanliness was maintained good. 3. Room service was also decent, nothing much to talk about it. 4. Morning breakfast had live Dose & Vade counter along with other Indian dishes with bread, cereals, egg, pastries. Overall it was a comfortable stay. (I stayed for 1 night)
