The things I liked were the Smart TV and bathroom fittings, I also loved the staff Resoponsivness.

The bedsheets were having stains and holes. I'm not sure if the bed cover was cleaned. The kettle was broken. (later replace). Fan was not providing breeze even at 5speed.Ac cooling was average. The dustbin was not cleared even after telling.

The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with courteous staff. The location is convenient, and the amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, are a nice bonus. Rooms are well-maintained, and the service is prompt.

The interior is very attractive, a very ergonomic design. Bathroom clean and spacious.

This is not about disliking but i wanna suggest something , u guys should keep some handtowels along with other bathroom amenities.

The hotel was nothing like shown in the pictures, the staff/ receptionist guy was rude, despite booking for 3 people, we got the room for two cause all the rooms are of same sizes and the third person had to sleep congested packed between the wall and the end of the bed, it restricted the way from the door to the entire room and the as very inconvenient. And after asking for help on the subject they told us -very coldly- that all the rooms are the same size so can’t do anything. The entire hotel is on one floor with limited number of rooms (barely 10) so don’t get fooled by the photos. The receptionist guy who was handling the entire thing was very rude and inconsiderate about everything. We had been travelling for a day and had more travel ahead and just needed to rest before and the experience was just disappointing.

Food choice limited but quality good.Location was convenient.

I wish I would have booked a different hotel.

there wasn’t any accommodation for driver. moreover the tv channels were not activated. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to get my tv started. no one was there to carry the luggage from the cars to the room.

Medicine smell as it is above pathlabRoom had noisy AC. Had to get it changed but it seems room was still alloted evwn though staff and manager knew about noisy AC

The location and food was satisfactory.

The lift is shared with a hospital so it takes a very long time to come. Front office staff were missing in the morning at time of checkout for more than 30 min.

WE DO NOT LIKE ANYTHING IN BEAK FAST, SUCH A CHEAP NO QUALITY AND HIGEN
