I have stayed some years before and it was great now it is tired and needs upgrading. New towels new sheet new pillows. Panting rooms and removal of damp from bathroom water moisture

It was centrally located

The property descriptions was misleading.The price didn’t reflect the quality There were two cockroaches in the bedroomThe remote for AC and TV were partly broken and had to interchange the batteries to make the AC workThe third bed was stained and were dirty . Had to explicitly ask the room service to replace the covers The breakfast was cold and tasteless The staff were cold As if they didn’t care The bathroom felt unkept and towels were brownish so felt unclean Overall it was not worth the money I was asked to pay

Hotel is very good. Clean rooms and bathrooms are really good. Location is in the main market. Very happy with my stay.

The lifts are small and take long time to come.

The location of hotel is good .adequate parking space.

There was pest control smell inside bathroom room service was slow but restaurant food service was good.food teste was ok need to improve

one of the lifts had a problem. would randomly close even when there was a person walking through.the food quality could be improved. food at both the breakfast buffet and that offered on the a la crate menus at the restaurant lacked flavour.

Rooms and ambience

Too much noise from parties in the hotel till 1 am in the morning and cleaning of toilets going down.

Pathetic

Arrogant reception staff who failed to guide properly towards parking when we were stuck on main road outside the hotel property

Group should have its own property ..as they have converted upper 3 floors into hotel....easy accessibility...road side rooms..

The only plus point was the location.

The room was very small. I mean it just about enough size for a single person but definitely would not recommend this property for families and couples. AC was not working upto the mark. They did not have basic amenities like a table & chair to work. WiFi was also not working. Very basic amenities. They take the entire money upfront at the time of check-in. The hotel is actually in a commercial complex from 3rd floor onwards. Breakfast was OK.

The Rooms are spacious and good

Their was heavy sound of blower near the entrance of room due to which their was an disturbance during our stay ,Lift issues as the hotel property is in the top floor of an complex.And their was drainage smell in the bathroom area.

Located in centre of the city.. it's in prime location....Great ambiance..super clean and hygiene rooms ... awesome and cooperative staff..Super tasty Mango leaf restaurant.. and awesome breakfast..Enjoyed the stay thoroughly
