Location of the property is very convenient. The deluxe room booked by us was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean.

lot many things - washroom was full of stains and dirty- no exost fan in bathroom- no door mat at bathroom- mattress is so buffy unable to speel properly - pillow quality was so poor - staff are so arrogant of nature no politeness seen - many more other things

Ambience.The hotel is well known..I had been seeing it since my childhood days but the rooms provided to us was not upto mark.I could see dust.the mugs and glass kept were not clean and seems too old. The plates which we took for breakfast was not that clean.The bathroom was clean..but it needs to be renovated
All well except for AC making lot of noise in our room. Staff promised to improve in future

The AC was practically ineffective. We got one room change because the AC wasn’t working . The new room AC was showing 16 degrees but we spent the entire night sweating because the AC just didn’t cool the room down

Cleanliness is not up to the mark, the interior is too old and dusky. We didn't even requested for car cleaning still they did and charges us. Breakfast not at all good, tasteless. AC was not working in the breakfast lobby

The Bed was extremely soft which gave a slight back ache in the morning since we are not used to such soft beds
Location is OK. But overall property is very old and averagely maintained. Rooms size is quiet OK. But overall appearance takes you in 1980's type of lodges.
