Hotel Sham Suman

I liked the room, AC, and washroom.

The TV channel was gone the next day, and I informed the reception every minute; it took 30 minutes to activate the channel. Pathetic service.No tube light was there. After giving confirmation, the room was not ready; also, the room key was not good; it got stuck in the room.

Location was good

Arrogant receptionist who kept us waiting for no apparent reason, didn't send water bottles to our rooms and unclean blankets. Suffocating rooms.

There was no breakfast as no restaurant in the hotel

Basic facilities like breakfast should have been there for the rate they charge for a small city like kolhapur

This was third time of my stay, as I am staying in this hotel every year or alternate year since 2016. This time I feel that the hotel is degraded. The restaurant was not in working and the bedsheet and towels were very old. I hope it will be improved till my next visit as was earlier.Thanks and regards

The location is closed to Mata Mahalaxmi temple which is very comfortable for visitors and the staff is very cordial and helpful.

The stay was decent. The hotel could provide a standard service. Offer Tea/Coffee,/Breakfast or bathroom basic requirements like Toilet Roll and clean towels and napkins. The towels were torn. The only good thing about the stay was the staff was helpful and decent. It was a safe stay and just right opposite to Mahalaxmi Temple.

Torn Towels and no lights in the corridor. No Toilet roll and even Tea/Coffee service.

Worst hotel seen in recent time. No parking available, food was worst, no proper service, room had cockroaches inside, cleaning is worst, towels provided are worst.

Every thing has to be better

Specially very near to the Temple and one more best thing is lift was there and 24 hour hot water.

The staff is really good helping and they let us extend 2 hours of our stay. But yes we had checked in hotel late night for the day we booked. It’s a minutes walk to Mahalakshmi Temple. We could see temple from the window.

Needs to be more clean and neat. A mirrors were cracked. There is no resturant inside as of now so early morning tea/coffee.

Proximity to the temple

Parking was in a worst state, dangerous and unhealthy. Rooms were damp with water seepage.

The Location is the only factor to book this accomodation as it is closest to Ambabai (Mahalaxmi) Mandir.

The overall quality : The Paint has worn off, The beds are uncomfortable, the shower room stinks, the curtains and the over all hosiery had stains the towels were rough and hard almost as hard as the skin could get bruises off of it.

Bang opposite to the temple. Hygiene and good restaurant Even though reaching this place by car during peak time is tough the hotel staff guided well

The receptionist was cooperative n helpful. Food is great in terms of quality n quantity.

Basic cleaning in public areas can improve a bit.

The room hygiene. The location of the hotel in close proximity to Ambabai Mahalakshmi temple and Rankala lake.

I have stayed in your hotel lot of times not just once .This time I visited post COVID and I was charged more just cause I entered hotel at 8 am thts ridiculous, Lady servicing at counter was not polite with us before she charged 1000 rs then made it to 500 rs। It was like bargaining fish in market with regular customer this service was not expected kindly see into this matter 9r you will loose many valuable customer like me ahead.Thank you
