K tree Boutique Hotel By HP Group

We booked 2 rooms through Booking.Com and when we landed at the Hotel, with a print of Confirmation from Booking.com, we were told that there was no room and that they have not Confirmed! We were left in a lurch! This should be taken up by Booking.com and the Hotel should be penalised.

Worst property ever they charged a way lot for the Suite and there were no Fans and the AC is from the 1980’s

Bed should be little bigger in size. Room Service should be 24X7

the location was very central to what I was looking for.

The rooms were very dull in comparison to the photos. the aircon wasn’t cooling the room at all. no matter what temperature I set it too. The toilet was horrendous. it’s got to stage where it needs to be replaced.

Staff was very helpful. Location was near railway station. Breakfast was very good to my expectation.

Entrance was good. Manager, staff workers were behaving with us very polietly and with smiling face. Overall we liked everything.

Good cleanliness and good deal. Except one car parking incident everything was fine. Good variety of menu.

Our purpose of visit was Ambabai Pooja. At d reception when we specifically told that our car needs to b easily removable as we have Pooja early in morning at around 6 am. Security parked our car somewhere which was not easily accessible. We had to search for an auto early in morning and go to d temple. If security/ person at reception takes care of parking d car on priority, it will b helpful.

No frills, excellent stay with strategic location to boot.

Everything for me was ok. May be they could have a person taking your luggage to the rooms. I had to carry my own luggage and had to ask which number to call for room service. It wasn't provided proactively. But it's not a big deal for me. I asked they were polite enough to provide details. Parking could be a bit more spaced out.

the room was poor , bed the worst floor type wuth edges that jn dark would scratch legs as happened to me . bathroom shoddy , drainage did not ritm I reported . fan only witl on 1 fast ! ac did not work . tools dirty and not given as our guests staying. the whole expertise bad j eihkx not recommend anyone to stay hear . should he tajem off booking site .

this hotel needs a proper revamp . and photos in web site do not reflect reality

The bathroom showers were great, beds were comfortable. We stayed in the elegance suite.

Breakfast buffet was poor.

Bed was only so comfortable, everything else, you name it is horrible, you need to bo of a different breed to survive here. I survived for two days, same bitter experiences, can post so many photos, place stinks, surroundings from the room very depressing too

EToo many things are wrong and plain dirty,, plumbing jobs, white cement work in toilets, dirty toilets, mold on roof of toilet was the worst, no deep cleaning, hot water non availability, room service staff also at the worst, they don't have enough flask for tea, they behave like a 1000 inr hotel. Each morning they start hammering work somewhere at 6am, we shouldn't sleep more than six am, because of their wish and desire, I guess. Toilets are so dirty and rimm service spills whole meal on my room exit, I have to do a long jump to get out with luggage in check out, still didn't get my gst bill in company name, they have no idea on how to do it. Zero protocal of covid followed. You will get covid or aids if you stay here. People listen to all your complaints, first day promised clean bathroom, sorry it was the same if not worser, rimm service gets worser by the way, I paid them one houre after me leaving the hotel, 10000 odd, I didn't even get the gst bill, they promised, hopeless place, better close it.

Bedroom A/C of boutique hotel suite 407 bedroom was non operational. There are no pedestal/ ceiling fans either. Attendant could start the A/ C either.Bathroom / , Toilet exhaust fan was mounted on glass slat window with a gaping void at the bottom. Hence the exhaust fan was non effective resulting in foul stench lingering in the toilet. The TV in the day room was not workingOn asking for part refund for our inconvenience caused to us your manager was unable to reply. When the manager talked to the owner no corrective action was initiated by the owner and not even any regrets expressed either.Very poor HR management.Overall a bad experience.

Room had a odour and we saw cockroaches in the bathroom throughout the day

The taste is delicious and location is good

perfect house keeping with a well mannered way of talking, really liked the ambiance.
