I always prefer to stay at Sayaji, as I love the ambience, the rooms, staff and the food. Plus the location is too good.

Nothing as such, but shd give discount to people who book the hotel more than 3 times in a year. Just a suggestion.

Worth the price. Everythig about this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I noticed a young boy, obviously not over 16 being served beer. Apparently, the waiters did not notice the features of the boy, but then, they should keep an eye and should demand an ID if they have any doubts. Politeness does not count here.

The Best part of Sayaji kolhapur is the training imparted to staff.They strictly refuse to accept tips.It's extraordinary.they expressthier gratitude at all times with very sweet smile and carrying no exptation. It's a management strength Congratulations ?? Warmest Regards shivprasad R Khator

Gymnasium Trainer should be courteous.Area around the Infinity Pool to be shielded from nearby construction by canvas sheets.

We stayed at a grand room, the wc was dirty and when we requested they came and cleaned the wc.We lost confidence in the cleaning prior to check in.The tv table and glass tables all had stains.The room service was delivered with a small cover sunk inside our thai curry.

The gym and steam facilities.The room was clean.

Bad experience

I had a very bad experience this time staying at Sayaji hotel. Earlier I stayed at your place about 2years back in 2022 and due to your best hospitality I turned back but this time I had a very bad experience regarding cleaning the room.

Room amenities. TV remote and the software was getting stuck and not working properly. . Fridge cabinet door wasn’t opening. Small things, but gives an impression of absolute lackadaisical attitude towards room maintenance.

Sayaji was a really nice experience and I did not expect this level of comfort in Kolhapur. Location: Sayaji was centrally located next to a bunch of restaurants, which was useful. It was barely ten minutes to the city centre. It was easy to find autos to go anywhere. They also arranged a car for a trip to Panhala Fort at a reasonable price.Food: The food was really excellent. The Lemon Tree cafe was amazing and had great food. I spent a lot of time at the café and it was very comfortable to hang around in. There were other options like Barbecue Nation as well within the property. The breakfast spread had plenty of vegetarian options and was really delicious. Room: The room was nicely furnished and had enough space. The AC was very good and I never realised how hot it was outside until I literally left the hotel.

Service: Unfortunately, while the staff were really nice and tried to be helpful, it felt that they were incompetent at times. My husband and I were doing different things and needed separate key cards, but they never gave it to us, which made things very difficult. Whenever we had any type of issue, it took several tries and a few employees to sort it out. It felt inefficient and was very frustrating. Expensive: I usually don't grumble about the expense, but prices for similar hotels in places like Delhi / Chennai / Bangalore are similar, which makes a Kolhapur hotel of the same quality a bit expensive. But there aren't really many options for upscale hotels.I still felt it was worth the money spent. Being able to sit at the café past closing with friends / guests was worth it. If you're out all the time, it probably isn't.
