Rooms were clean but the ambience and surroundings were not as clean. Too congested rooms. Dining area right outside the room.

Clean area and comfortable rooms but for the restaurant facilities need wash bashing separate

I did not have the breakfast as I left early. It was starting at 7.30 am which was very late for me. but the location is very convenient if you are traveling by bus.

Location is very convenient for me as I travelled by state transport bus. Staff behavior was very helpful.

Frankly ,I'm surprised why this property is rated so low...it has everything that a decent hotel needs,polite staff, decent clean rooms,the basic toiletry and a hot water kettle with some teabags.

Some rooms do have a problem of bad AC ducting,so there might be a bit of issue with leakage at times..but nothing too extreme.

Assistance to early check in

When I have reached hotel there were not aware of early check in which I was made to wait even it was confirmed on mail that early check-in is approved.Hotel staff said there were not sanctioned the same and they have not replied on early check in. They it must be booking.com replied without concent from hotel.Kindly have this check as this is very inconvenient for travellers to know at end movement early check-in is not available.

Very poor state of accommodation. No hot water, old matress, bad food.

Spacious parking. We could park 2 SUVs comfortably. Huge rooms. Very clean. Good food in the restaurant.

Unclean, very poor housekeeping, pooly trained staff, Ill maintained rooms. Not so bothered attitude of staff.

2 star hotel. no tea bags/milk but stating there is. bedsheets yellow, towels old .

The lights kept going every few minutes . the generator would not start up. entrance to hotel like a resturant.

Only bathroom attached with rooms and breakfast was good. Everything else in the room were really in bad shape. I strongly do not recommend this room category above 2000 INR

Room condition was in bad status. Too much seepage in rooms, bed was in very bad condition, you can actually feel of 10 year old jute beds. Very bad at this price rate. I can surely say Ola provide much better facilities and room conditions.
