Could not stay. Immediately vacated the room.

Totally unclean bedsheets. No good view.

Power cut + fault in power back up + TV cable got fixed late in the evening.Please clean up your roof / terrace area. Its not maintained at all.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Please find the key concerns below:Upon arrival, I found the staff to be unsupportive and uncooperative.I had clearly informed the staff that I would be sleeping and requested to be woken up for breakfast, either by knocking on my door or by serving it in the room.Despite this request, I was not woken up. When I asked about breakfast, the staff rudely responded that the time was over and claimed they had called my phone, which I did not receive.I requested a room change due to continuous noise from the nearby road, which made it difficult for me to sleep.The staff refused to change my room, even though the hotel was not full and no effort was made to check for alternatives.The next morning, I called the front desk early to prepare my bill in advance, but when I went to check out, the staff was not ready or responsive to my request.Again, I was denied breakfast with the same excuse of the strict 8:00–10:00 AM time limit, even though I had communicated my needs beforehand.The overall behavior of the staff was unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality.Due to this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied and do not plan to visit your hotel again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service

Its located near Venus Corner, Kolhapur. Rooms are clean. ESPECIALLY ROAD VIEW ROOMS ARE GOOD compared to other rooms.

Intercom was out of service and TV was not working properly.AC was good. Washroom is Ok Ok condition, need to repair.Réception is good.

The card system in relation to the power was a really good touch. Room was luxurious

Hot water doesn’t always work and I could not watch tv. Also breakfast may have peanuts in it

The bedsheets were not changed. The pillow covers and bedsheets were dirty also the towels though were kept fresh but not upto the mark.Breakfast also took a long time. Tea was made in small batches of 4-5 cups which was never sufficient.

I recently stayed at Shree Sai Suites, and while the rooms were spacious, the facilities and services fell short of expectations.The room size was a definite plus, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. There was no room service available, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel didn't have any food options available in case of an emergency or late-night cravings.Overall, while the rooms were big, the lack of basic facilities and services was a disappointment. Hopefully, the management will take steps to improve these aspects in the future.

1st thing discussed with staff was the early arrival and they confirmed will keep a room. Later gave a single room which was a pathetic room bathroom, bed, everything was used and uncleaned. Later for that room asked 1000rs where the actual payment was done for the regular room. Pathetic service we had move out immediately and later he said no need to pay for that and go out. Worst service ever seen. Raised complaint about return no update yet

we reached by 8 and check in was at 12. on request one staff was polite enough to give us available unfinished room to change,shower and freshen up. later the room of my choice was given. it was very helpful indeed as I had travelled a long distance in RAC along with my mother who is a senior citizen.

the other chap at reception was bit blunt and rude. he was insisting to handover 500/- for 3 hours early checkin ( inspite of room availablity). we also told him we would leave 4 hours early next day but he was bit stiff and adamant though.
