Morning breakfast was excellent. The male porter was very helpful and friendly

There were a lot of bugs both in the room and breakfast area. Funiture and walls were worn/scratched. Room lost power. Staff felt cold but did help. No room cleaning.

I loved the politeness and professionalism of the staff. The way they go above and beyond to fulfill my needs. They make sure to remind me for things such as breakfast and are always cheerful. I loved the food selection and portion size as well.

I didn't like the TV reception, as most channels were grainy and barely watchable, I spent my time there without using the tv because of that reason. It's not very easy to find a taxi service from that location to the city, though the staff makes every effort to find one available.

The Hotel Costa Brava was an excellent choice for us as we dropped off our rental car right next-door and slept comfortably before our early morning flight. The rooms are small and no windows, clean and we were comfortable. Air-conditioning and the shower were good. We were sad that we didn’t get to try the breakfast because the dinner in the restaurant the night before was great.

Just that the rooms didn’t have windows, but they were comfortable and a very good value. Not really a problem since we arrived at night and left in the dark the next morning! We got a good night sleep.

The hotel was great—highly recommend it if you are catching a flight. The hotel is so close to the airport. It’s convenient and comfortable, making travel much easier. The airport shuttle was so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was typical but service is very satisfactory. The receptionist - Ms Danica was very helpful in guiding us and suggesting places to visit, restaurants to eat and transportations to book.

There was a smell like coming from a sewage in the bathroom.

I stayed for one night and really appreciated the clean room, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of on-site parking.

The location is a little out of the way if you want shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Had to get security to let us into the room every time we went out to eat or walk. 15 to 20 minutes waiting at the door to our room. Was not given a room key.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. Everything was honestly perfect — from the service to the location and how comfortable it felt. I was traveling alone, and it was very accessible, safe and convenient. It’s close both airport and downtown, and there were lots of jeepneys passing by, so it was very easy to go around and explore.I really appreciated the small details, like the free hot and cold-water dispensers on every lobby. The free breakfast was also really good, just as they advertised, and the staff were kind and helpful the entire time. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I was alone, but I never felt uneasy — the place had a very homey and secure atmosphere.Final rating: 10/10 — would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my solo trip so smooth and comfortable!

The only small issue I encountered was with the bathroom. While it was very clean and had both hot and cold showers, the water after showering got stuck and didn’t drain well, which I think might be a flooring issue. It would also be nice if they provided free clean slippers and towels as well for guests to use, especially for solo travelers like me. Even with that minor problem, everything else was perfect. I truly felt relaxed, safe, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, convenient, and affordable stay near downtown.

The location is quiet and clean, the staff were very courteous, the breakfast was very good including the food from the restaurant. There was a water dispenser in the lobby for the guests which is badly needed in the hot weather. The front desk is very responsive to my requests.

The first room that was assigned has a stinky odor from the bathroom but they gave me another room which was better . The AC in the other room was not cold enough .

It was a nice, clean hotel.

When booking the rooms i booked rooms enough for 8 people to sleep in. However the next morning at checkout they stated that the rooms i booked were meant for 3 people each. So they charged me extra in the end for 3 people. Be careful when booking to make sure you have enough room for everyone you are booking for. They also only had 1 towel in the room for 4 people and 1 toliet roll for 4 people.

The location. The food is good. Staff is friendly and courteous.
