Yes mold everywhere I stay one night but was billed for two, bugs on bed

The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Too worn-out sheets and linens. Roll-up blinds were also worn out.. No chair inside the room. The family was looking forward for the pool experience, but apparently, it was not well-maintained.

I like the parking space, functioning hot & cold water, and the working aircon. The TV even though small, was also functional. The place is also peaceful. Grateful also for the free bottled mineral water and guest kits.

I remember this hotel being clean when we first stayed here last year but now the room felt like it lacked maintenance. The walls need to be repainted. There were visible mosquitos and ants. The bed felt unclean and not sanitized. It was also uncomfortable that during check-in, I was asked to sign a waiver so the hotel will not be blamed for any accidents or loss of items.

The staff are not welcoming. They talked rude. We stayed 1 night November 29,2025.

If you're on a budget it fits the bill the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was an issue with possible mold on a couple of tiles in the bathroom. There were also an ant problem that was dealt with with a spray. The pool was nice. And a/c was awesome. I will say that I had a great experience in all. Remember Tacloban is a third world country and expectations are different.

The pool was fine, little dated the tiles or paint. The restaurant was booked for a wedding but they served us. Very good and cheap prices.

The rooms were smelly at first, from being closed up, l could see some mould in the bathroom mostly. The cleaners need to clean the mould off and repaint?? My TV controller was busted but the guy got it working for me. .

The hotel refused to let my sister in law to stay at their hotel, even though:Hotel room was paid for;Room was reserved for my sister in law, and;My sister in law had to sleep outside all night with her 6 and 7 year old children;

I only like the coldness of the room

Room is not very clean, toilet is dirty, there were ants on the wall. The night duty was not approachable

Location did not meet my expectations the rest are ok

The place is not friendly transportation I thought it was in the hiway.

The staff are very friendly

I did not like the fact you have your ask for fresh towels everyday and the internet is always very slow or non existent.

Both rooms I booked has molds. Ending up getting me and my family sick.

WI-FI was slow ok for social media but not for working.

Hotel is A Low Budget place to stay , thinking with A pool the standard would be slightly higher , the property is in need of A much needed upgrade .......

towels have been washed to death , as thin as you could get , Restaurant very sparce , rooms need a paint job to brighten them up

Aside from the location it has the making of a nice place to stay, specially with the family.

The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired with the pool and rooms being very dirty. Mattresses are for children, not adults.

In summary I will never stay here again.

Everything, not clean and the photos do not do show what you actually get! Ants were all over me in the bed woke me up had to clean the bed and room.

Nice and clean smal private room. This is a good place if you just want some quiet time and don't really wanna go out. The property is bigger than most hostels and its secluded. They have a restaurant with amazing food also.

The only thing i missed was a little desk.

Twice changed rooms coz broken equipments

Confusing. They posted twin rooms on line but when roeuq arrived it’s only twin bed
