Well located hotel, near the center of town, St Nino Shrine & Museum with an airport Jeepny passing within in 100m. Rooms were clean, although the pillows were tired.Decent breakfast.

I had an all-around great experience. The food was likely delicious, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. That's a winning combination for a great hotel stay.

Wi-fi was a bit spotty like it is all around the country.

Since other room was unavailable I booked the standard room with no free disposable sleepers and water.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but that is really about it!

The reception desk still has covid screens up which puts a barrier between them and the guests. Why still have this up? The room view was awful. We literally looked out onto a high discoloured concreate wall. There was construction work going on the other side of the wall which started at 7am both mornings. The hotel is nowhere near the town and the location is far from ideal.

The charm and lore of the building

The bedroom was great, the bathroom was rough, clogged hairy drain, mold in the grout kinda grossed me out, even though I tried not to expect much for the price it was hard to look at.

The breakfast was really good. The room is clean and comfy. Accessible to public transportation.

Buffet , location close to my relative’s house.

The restroom, there are times that the smell from the sewer is coming out from the bathroom that makes the restroom stinks. We stayed for two weeks and I do cleaning services every other day. I noticed that the floor mat was not being replaced with a new mat but instead used the old one over and over again. Not really happy with it. So disappointing.

Nice and cozy hotel, it is located close at relatively quiet place, it is not far from the city center. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

I like the staff very accomodating. I love the Ambiance of the hotel. Love the foods.

Since I don’t drive and rely on friends with car it is a good location and accessible.

The breakfast was okay it was not hot when a guest goes in between 08-0930.They need to tell the guests that gates are closed at midnight and that security is present. So first night I came home at 0200 the gate was close and the lights were turned off.

Friendly and hepful staff, even if you have to be sometimes a little bit insisting for getting help.lippimo nationals, so it is understandable

Guets are mainly Phillippino nationals, so it is understandable, that breakfast is Phillippino style. But for Western guests it is qulte a challenge roasted Chicken and roasted fish already for breakfast. If breakfast is important for you, so you have also be quite in time, because refilling the plates is not always guaranteed...of corse with the exception of their beloved rice, wich is refilled every 5 minutes. For the staff it seems only important to collect the voucher. BTW voucher: You get a voucher at the reception, there is your room number controlled, than you get the voucher and it is noted on their list, that you took it, The voucher you have to sign. At the breakfast room you have to sign on another list, that your signed voucher is your voucher....First day I thought by myself: I want to have a breakfast, not to cross the border to North Korea!Internet is very unreliable and often ot available.As for the rooms a little refrigerator is badly mised, you come home, it is hot, you have some softdrinks in your room, but no possibility to keep it cool.

Our kid loved the elevator. Room was good, breakfast was included in the price even though the booking said we would need to pay extra. The hotel is a little older but very comfortable. All was good.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is a model for others emulate - very friendly and professional.

Parking. There is no assigned parking spot; ergo, is first come first served. There may be a total of eight identifiable spots, and that’s it. Best to park vehicle for the duration of your stay and either take a trike or walk to your destination.
