Nice location

Bed is not clean, room is too small, no complimentary water.

Great location, clean, comfortable.

No way to heat water for coffee in the room or anywhere in the Hotel. No coffee, tea or any such amenities offered.

Location is close to the airport and next to a shopping mall. Best layover hotel

Accessibility to the mall and transportation

The location was great! It was few feet away to Robinson Mall next door, where can you shop, grab food to eat, or just to wait for your flight. They deliver your complimentary good breakfast to your room. When we checked in, the staff asked for our orders and what time do we want it delivered. Plenty of transportation to get around the city.

Good place to just sleep in. The room was quite tight to put two beds in, so there’s not much room to move. Two people would be bumping into each other inside the room or to use the restroom. There’s not much amenities.

I like how comfortable the bed is .Even though it's not soft but it's not hard it's a very nice location aside from the mall near my place I don't need to ride a multicab/jeep just Pedicab. The price is nice but not how it's not clean

Only not being clean the bathroom was nice but each of the corners of the bathroom has a yellow stain the same thing as the toilet bowl i wonder if one of the supervisors cleaner does a double check to see what's happening to the hotel's room . I feel that they are blind when they are cleaning just to be done.

Location at Robinsons Mall makes the Go hotel convenient for us when we come to Tacloban to shop.

Everything OK

The hotel location was good but during my stay i can hear people woking outside my door. Maybe the door is not sound proof?

The property was good also,However i have a comment on the bathroom door its not closing properly. It should be fix before guest going in the room. Room 290

I like the hotel because accessable for all transactions, Mall, Governments and others necessary...

Lack of entertaining about the information staff, they are not friendly...

The room was overall fairly comfortable. I like the atrium like feeling outside the room.

There could have been a chair and table in the room. The room is too small for 2 twin .

Room was so tiny, not suitable if you have too many luggage. We can’t move in the room without hitting our luggage. The faucet was loose and called them 2x but was not addressed properly

The location

There was no aircon in the hallways. The room was VERY small, dirty, and worn. Really depressing to sleep there. Even for free I would not stay here again.

I like the location. Close to the mall.

Rooms were too small. No space even for the provided kettle and mugs. Not convenient for a long stay. There were also molds in the bathroom
