Tacloban Plaza Hotel

The oldest & worst hotel in town. If I only knew this hotel is rotten I would not stay.

Yes! Toilets are elevated without step, no racks to hang towels. They should demolish this place.

The bathroom has a bad smell not really clean,the door lock is broken,every time we came back to the room we ask the front desk to open it,coz the card doesn't work..not good

i like the location It's not bad actually i like the staff all of them were nice .

First i dont like the pillow that has Yellow StainSecond I don't like that the water cannot flash the pe* or po* and it will happen i have to call them that it's not moving and it's crazy .Second the price of food was okay but not the taste hahaha i can say that when it comes to food of Rafae* is more tasty than yours . i guess it needs to improve because nothing special when it comes to Food .

Very accessible to some places like church,foods,shopping.

The bedding was not clean I supposed because I felt itchy when I lay down in bed and there’s a hole in their sheets.

located in the heart of the city. shower heating and pressure is excellent, room was spacious, wifi access and the room came with a free breakfast.

it’s a walk up, no parking, handrails must be installed for safety, the steps are small and steep. The on going festival at the town plaza was really loud and the windows aren’t sound proofed. unfortunately, an ongoing room renovations on the same floor where I am made it even worst. The vintage collection needs to be curated well so it wont look junky.

I really like this place—it’s a great value for money. The location is perfect, the staff is nice, and the place is clean. The beds are comfortable, and the WiFi is very good.

There are two things to keep in mind: First, if your room faces the street, it can be very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the street. Second, the breakfast could be improved—there aren’t many options, and the only healthy choice is bananas.

Beds were not very comfy. I had the double twin. The bathroom you have to step up about a foot and a half. It was absolutely absurd and ridiculous but it worked. The toilet seat fell off, but whatever. The window in the bathroom have its latch. but again, if you pay for two star, you’re not going to get five star so it was good for the money. It was good for the two days that I needed it. I flew into town to meet someone and didn’t want to spend a bunch because I already have, my main hotel in Cebu

i shower and only to find out the shower gel is empty and im already wet myself and no soap either its a bit sad
