Staff was excellent

Rooftop restaurants and good breakfast included in the rate

King bed was 2 twins pushed together and was too large for the room. The end of the bed left very little room to walk across the room in front of the bed. The mattress was old and not very firm

The best thing was the ease of booking a room when booking at the better hotels during the summer season is quite difficult.

The Internet! The internet service at the hotel is painfully slow, and difficult to maintain as the connection frequently drops in the middle of a session. The bathroom, a frosted glass encased affair seems to have been an afterthought as it is small and inconvenient.

Breakfast was free.

I was travelling with 2 children and 5 adults morning breakfast was very mis managed. We order different breakfasts each one showed up at different times. Not just a few minutes between orders but a half hour between thems or not at all. Chicken and waffles were chicken and pancakes. this did not just happen one time I was there for 2 days and the same thing happened on both days. THe staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I love them but the way the restaurant is run is very poor

friendly staff especially Martin at the frondesk super nice helpful

hot shower on my first day wasn’t available but was fixed

Our receptionist, Alicia(I believe) was extremely attentive and observant. She was kind and guided us through it all with professionalism and follow-through. Would return on our next visit to Tacloban because of the staff alone.

Breakfast was off a menu. The selection of choices was good. Some choices were excellent while I didn’t care for others.

I am a coffee lover. The coffee they served me was terrible. Even though I enjoy great coffee I don’t mind many instant coffees. This was not drinkable.

It’s in a very good location, with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast was great as well. The staff are very friendly, and the place has a genuinely pleasant feel.

Parking can be challenging. They have a small parking area a short walk away; otherwise, you’ll need to park on the street. There is no direct on-site parking, except for limited street parking in front of the hotel.

The location is great in town and the front desk staff are excellent

The building is showing its age and the room maintenance needs some serious attention

Comfy bed, clean facilities, good food, close to what I needed, easy transportation

Everything fit what I needed

I enjoyed room service. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. I also enjoyed dinner on the rooftop.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants at the hotel were amazing. Staff was helpful. Hotel was clean.

The staff are so attentive and everything is clean and very well organised. The breakfast was amazing also. Highly recommend to anyone staying in tacloban

That I didn't stay longer

The place or location. Nice breakfast. Good for travellers. Nice bar upstairs

I was about to take bath but there is no shower gel! Had to call for a refill. They should check always before guests check in.

It has what I need, a massage spa, a gym, a cafe, a restaurant, a nice bed!

The smell of the room and the water in the shower. I hope you can do something on that!
