Room was nice, good view, mostly clean

Room had ants, the staff tried to fix it for me immediately but they were still in my room

Very nice staff. Room is very clean with a big bathroom The location is great. It is not beachfront but in the center. We rented a motorbike at the hotel, they gave us a new and good one. Facility in the room is simple and basic, but it is enough for short stay.

The shower is a little bit weak.

Great location. Room is very clean. The young lady at the reception always smiles when we come to ask for something or even when we just pass by.

Room decoration is more for women than for men, but is doesn't matter to me though ;)

Affordable price, and the hotel is very clean and spacious. The mattress is also soft. The receptionist is also helpful; she even upgraded our room.

It's quite a distance to the beach unless you can ride a scooter.

The atmostphere is quiet because it's located in a luxurious-considered alley. The location is near to the main street with many food options. High floor with pretty nice balcony and view.

It was not cozy like it used to be. I remember the single room I stay 2 years ago was more spacious with more beautiful furniture, and well decorated. The toilet didn't look fancy anymore. Please replace the green plastic chairs with something else fancier and more suitable. They're the ones that I don't like most.

Tidy room, nice staff, good services.

It’s hard to set the hot and cold faucet. The hot water came out while I needed cold water. Regarding amenities, there’re only 2 dental kits and shampoo/shower gel sachets.

sometimes wi-fi stopped working, only cash payment (or card transfer by local bank cards)

Very convenient to western restaurant and you can rent bikes from around the corner and ride to the beach. Also pretty quiet neighborhood its away from the beach front.

the bed was too soft for me it felt like i was sinking but overall it was a nice room.

Two night stay room not serviced

Good quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Nice room. Good air conditioning. very comfortable bed and bedding.

The staff were very young and didn’t seem to know or be able to offer any insight or advice about the local area. The bathroom wet room floor was continually wet from a leaking tap.

Good value room in a nice part of Vung Tau.No additional services to speak of, but for the price, that is fine.

Staff were rather indifferent. They didn't have to do much but were not very enthusiastic when they had to break away from their phones to deal with a customer

Shower was cold and balcony was suppose to be private, it wasn’t the space was taken up by clothes being dried.
