V Boutique Hotel - Complimentary refreshments

Kind ambiance, warm and super polite staff, delicious australian restaurant across the street, located in a chill area, you could enjoy a very beautiful route to go to the beach and back

Air conditioner sounded like a jumbo jet was landing in the room and was totally ineffective anyway. Refrigerator was the same, totally useless. The advertised "refreshments" was two bottles of water in the room and some old coffee in the foyer.

A beautiful clean hotel in a vibrant corner of Vung Tau. Free water and lollies at reception.

The pool was great fun until we tried to leave. You step out of the pool into a shiny-tiled stairwell. Well, you step out if you are lucky. My companion wasn't lucky and ended up at hospital in agony. He was being very careful but it's incredibly slippery and has no handrails. Such a shame as it's a lovely hotel otherwise.

The pool was very nice ,and the fact the manager agreed to give us our money back for 3 night

The hotel has a great pool and very pleasant staff that does their best to accommodate you.

The location is not the great, but it does have an advantage in that it's approximately the same distance from both main beaches.

The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and room service at the time requested. I could safely park the bike I rented. Extra hangers were provided to hang clothing.

Ants. Not bad, but they were there.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. A great value. The staff was very friendly and let me check in early since the room was available and clean. Water, coffee, and other refreshments were available in the lobby which was simple but elegant.

The room had a TV but there were no cable channels. You could sign in to one of many streaming platforms however due to geo-restrictions none of my services worked in Vietnam. The pool was beautiful, however there were no tables or chairs to put your towel, clothes, personal belongings on. I had to leave it on the ground around the pool.

They wanted twice the price for me to stay an extra night compared to my 6 night average price.per night.Naturally I did not stay as I felt that was an insult. No opportunity to negotiate

The bed was great, motorbike hire on site was great.

They changed my room and no shower was included, bath shower not suitable. The fridge didn’t work which was disappointing.

Theres not much to not like however if I was to be super picky, there’s a slight language barrier but nothing super big, just pulled out the google translate and all is well.

V Boutique Hotel has been saved for my most favorite hotel in VungTau. Everything at V was so exceptional; the customer service was phenomenal; they greeted me in warmly way; has served Vietnamese sponge cake and refreshing ice soda drinks during my check-in time; I was so impressed with how they put efforts into making customers feel valued. When stepped into a room, the room itself was so luxurious, spacious and comfortable, with modern, stylish furnitures, and had a beautiful window view. The location is great; located in central, just a 3-minute walk away, I can access a few of the most popular restaurants in the city. However, there was one limited thing; the hotel was not ready to offer breakfast yet, but they did offered a free self-snack station in the lobby. In the morning, I could freely grab a few biscuits and have either a cup of coffee or soda drinks. This really shows how generous hospitality has been highlighted. Overall, this place had everything that I could wish for.✌️

(+) Located in a quiet and palatial villas area nobbut exclusive 1-2 mins away to get to the main street - Hoang Hoa Tham. It won't cost you any long to any of dining/sightseeing spots from the hotel. This is indubitably one of my top criteria for accomodation choice.(+) Fairly been in operation for close by 4 months as I've been told, facilities are the prominent if compared to other same segment’s. Everything here is quite new and looks eye-catching.(+) Cleanliness is even more needful to me than outer beauty. As luck would have it well fulfilled. The cleanliness in the white and blue painted wall tone is one of such things which helping us fit relaxed.(+) Rooftop pool is also a conspicuous highlight notwithstanding the fact that you could not compare it with high-rise hotels or apartments. Nevertheless having said that it is pretty in actual fact and enough view for photos. A bit regret since there’s no swimming area for adults or could be even thoroughly still shallow for swimmers. (+) Room amenities could make you do-nothing but lying whole day. Air conditioning system is in good trim; smart TV with free access to Netflix, Youtube...; comfortable pillow; modern toilet equipment, easy usage; little endearing balcony, etc...(+) Should be an omission if forgotten the human factor at V-Boutique. A fresh exquisite hotel operated frictionlessly by a well-trained and hospitable staff. The manner of the receptionists here equally surprised me bit because of the professionalism not recurrently seen in middle-sized segment.(+) Those plus above have most likely enraptured you, right? Even so that's not the entirety... Neither had we much indeed time nor options for this trip. Awared of the predetermined crowding and room queue of Sunday mornings. Yet we were at rest kept up by an early check-in. Nothing more than escaping the bustling crowds of weekend mornings by an early check-in. We remarkably appreciate this.

Needless to say that nothing is absolute and it goes without saying you could downright become finer through feedback from your own guests. Solely a few to keep in mind to straightforwardly fix and renovate.• Toilet smell early in the morning.• I assume that there is a policy of saving energy by setting the timer of the A.C system in hotel rooms. I shouldn't have got in the way of it if it had not disrupted our night' sleep by a direct route. It's not congenial being sweaty at mid night and having to get up and approach the door to turn it back on. And this emerged twice throughout the time of the night.• Build up direct customer care at the front desk/area by asking about instantaneous guest experience for appropriate action if needed.• Ever thought of breakfast service in near future ? Count me as morale-boosting for this idea.• Think of a membership program for guest retention.Objectively speaking, my previous reasonable special requests were not met as well as upon my arrival no matter however it may even be harboured no grudge against by what we received from here.I think a "9" for this stay is based on substantiality yet a supreme score is unhesitating because of my inamorato and as well for the exhortation as a who used to be in the same industry.A mini-break for my belated birthday celebration in a immensely familiar and preferred maritime city to us but why this time bore true much nostalgia ? My inamorato couldn't hold jabbering about the trip even though nigh on a week.

I had a wonderful stay at V Boutique Hotel in the heart of Vũng Tàu. The hotel's modern design and clean rooms are impressive, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. Despite its central location, the area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by numerous restaurants and amenities. Vũng Tàu beach is also within walking distance. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay
