We got room front view beach with balcony, service also have sauna and massage tub, as soon we finished using they clean sterile right away for the next customer, one thing I love was they let per room in not everyone can come in?

Nice hotel in a good beach location. Very clean, staff was very attentive and pleasant. Only shortcoming was the breakfast buffet was a little light, but we were told that the property was not full.

The staff was caring, friendly and very helpful. They provided me directions for the attractions and took special care of my vegan breakfast options. The location is very convenient and right opposite the beach. They also gave me addresses of vegan restaurants which were very close by. The vegan breakfast was delicious, filling and served with a smile every morning.

The rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear people talking in the hallways, the crying of children and the banging of doors. That was the only drawback of this hotel.

Good Location

This hotel is very old. Room is small. If you drive your car, you must leave yourkey. it's very risky for your car to be damaged.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, very convenient location for going out and about in VT. And they have their own motorbike rental which is convenient. Given the location, the price is very reasonable.

While the location is very convenient (across from the beach, next to convenient store and loads of restaurants), it's remarkably noisy. The pedestrian walkway is in front of the hotel, which makes for lots of beeps from vehicles. This starts at about 5am and last throughout the day. Also, the wifi is really poor.

The location is fantastic: right in front of the beach, which is lit at night. Looks great. On both sides of the hotel there are Circle K and a small restaurant, so there is always a chance to grab something to eat if you are too tired to go out. The place is clean and the staff tried to be very good to me.

I realise that this hotel was hit by Covid just like the rest of hospitality sector. The hotel was practically empty, and most staff was fired, I guess. For this reason I don't complain about lack of English or mediocre food. However, 2 events left an unpleasant feeling.First, upon my arrival I discovered that I booked a room with no window!!! The description of this "superior" cell did not include such a vital detail. Why would I go to a sea to spend my time in a cell? I know that in Saigon many hotels have such rooms, but they state clearly on their sites that they have capsules, as they call them. Misleading description and the whole incident instantly put me off this place. Despite the fact that the hotel was empty, staff could not offer a room with a sea view without an additional pay, and still, the window seal was so high that the sea view could be enjoyed only if one stayed next to the window, which was extremely dirty, and could not be open... I have just returned from Phu Quoc where I stayed at the Seashell hotel, 5 stars I believe, in the most fantastic room with a balcony and all kind of luxuries for nearly the same price. The comparison is upsetting.Another unpleasant experience happened on my last night. Some drunk idiots started karaoke shouting on the beach after midnight. Even during the day time, making noise on the beach is a punishable offence which implies a fine, as a council's poster states (it is right opposite the hotel). At night the hotel staff had to call the police immediately. They did not. After 1 hour of this cacophony I called the reception and complained, and got a response: "but it is not in the hotel, Miss, it is on the beach." There are at least 10 hotels one next to each other, and no staff thought of comfort of their guests! It is so unprofessional.
