BH Residence Inn Hotel & Apartment

Clean room, nice pool

Bed was a bit stiff

Great location. Near the expat goods shop. Roof/pool view is great.

It's close to all the locations. They arrange for bike facility too. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Well located, staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help you in any way needed

Front rooms can be a bit noisy at night from nearby barGetting a bit tired

The location is very well suited to the expat community. There are many nearby eating options and friendly bars. No ATMs nearby at all. Quite a way from the beaches. The pool is nice and clean and not used much. It's a big attraction for me.

All's good.

Location

No credit/ deposit required in booking, but hotel staff sent request deposit to me to reserve the room. They said that, room reservation is not firmed on booking until i sent them deposit

Great roof top pool, coffee etc in lobby. Room was clean. Easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Short taxi ride to back beach.Great little coffee shop a short 2 min walk away LaVanda Dalat - tell them the 2 NZ girls recommended you go there ?

For Anzac Day Australia it was a good position for old soldiers to be together in that area and not isolated miles away .Particular for Australians it was great .Only fault was the steps on the ground floor where one could fall coming from booking in but one of the hazards you had to be aware of.

Happy over all with staff and position.

The enthusiastic staff who took good care of us and the wonderful buffet breakfast that offered good traditional Vietnamese food as well as Western food.

The old facilities in the hotel needed to be paid more attention.

I only liked the location

A very old hotel that needs upgrade. Poor internet never constant connection. Definitely overpriced.

The pool was very clean and provided a nice view. The apartment was a good size with a decent balcony and was well worth the money.

The WiFi in our apartment was virtually non existent. It was fine in the rest of the property and they did try to rectify the problem but we never had decent wifi in our room for the duration of our stay.

The swimming pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

A couple of things, but all got sorted efficiently

I like the convenience of location and the space inside the apartment or queen room.

The living room chairs that go with the table aren't very comfortable as they're made of solid wood and aren't easy to relax in. Also, the wifi signal wasn't great at times.

Like the rooftop swimming pool. Very helpful staff: they changed the room for us without any fuss, when we had ants in our room, they upgraded us when we extended our stay. Good location, 10 mins walk from front beach, 15 mins walk from back beach. Clean hotel.

Ants on the ground floor. But staff changed us to upper floors.

The staff here were amazing. Location was good and the property very clean.

You could hear other guests in the hallways and landings outside which made it hard to sleep undisturbed.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and alot of great eating spots very near by.Phuong and Andrew on reception were outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. Helped if we needed anything. The room was spacious and serviced everyday, with clean towels, sheets etc. The room even had its own washing machine which was a great added bonus to be able to get heaps of washing done. Great pool up on the top deck with sun loungers. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

friendly staff, quiet but clean facilities. nice area

Staffs are nice. Offered me to check in early without additional fees. Location is good. The room is ok. Good for value wise

The room was clean and comfortable, the place only took me 5 minutes to get to the beach and a little to the city centre.

WiFi was not strong enough to reach my room, I had to use mobile data regularly.

Nothing. There are many better hotels in the area for the same price.

It is very difficult to find you room They have block A and block B with different lifts and the are no signs indicating where the rooms are
