To be honest, I had a bad holiday here. I and my boyfriend arrived at the hotel a little bit early, the receptionist ask us to wait till 2p.m, I understand, but at 2 p.m I asked them about our room, and they asked us to wait for cleaning and they did not inform us about the room number. Then there was a tour of 20 people, they checked in after me but they received the rooms immediately, they are freely to change room,.. and I kept waiting and don't know my room number. About 2:20 p.m, after asking the receptionist like 3 times, and the tour received all their rooms, they gave me the key and room number. When I saw my room, I was very disappointed, I booked a double room, but they gave me a triple room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, but they did not inform me first, when I called them question about the room they just said that this room was more expensive, they was running out of double room, don't worry they only charge me the same price with my booking. What the hell??. Why I need to live in a triple room? I and my boyfriend only need 1 bed, also the double bed in triple room is smaller than double bed in double room. The next day, I checked out, And the funny thing is while waiting they process checking out the room, I received a message from my phone that my Visa card had been charged again the room fee, the fee that they already charged me about 5 days before my trip here. I asked them why, they seem confused, like this was their first time received a guest book room through app Booking, after waiting 20 minutes for them to checking, they apologised and gave me back the money by cash. So if you want to have a trip here, live in this hotel. My tips are asking about room number first, and checking carefully the notification from your Visa card. Beside, the restaurant of the hotel is expensive, the food is not good.

The garden, the swimming pool ,the beach are great. There is many chair to lay down and sit...really appreciate the commun space. The breakfast is OK ,mostly oriented in Vietnamese style . The food in the restaurant is tasty and the price is reasonable.

The room is quite old interm of furniture and quite small . Although, the shower need to change as the water flow is not regular and leaking. Need to improve in the room cleaning quality. ( We found some small hairs on the bed when we get in There is not restaurant or other choice around,and fortunately, the restaurant in the hotel is not bad.

We had the front beach villa on groundfloor which was adorable.

Staff could be more friendly. Restaurant is not good except for chef Bnh who cooked our first lunch was pretty good. The evening we ordered one same dish but there was another chef which was really awfull. We didnt eat there again.

Rooms are Clean. Empty so we had the place to ourselves. Beach and pool area are nice. Theres a hammock and a swing on the beach.

Good food and nice stay. Very clean room and pretty landscape. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The restaurant belongs to the resort and served fresh seafood. The staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this resort!

The beach was clean compared to Vung tau. However, It would be perfect if the hotel can give effort to pick up trash on the beach (if possible at all).
